We are currently a customer of **********************. They bought Entreda last year who we used in our very small business for some cyber security protection. After they bought them, the service changed and there was repeated issues. We also were not informed that we were getting locked into an annual contract especially after Smarsh could never resolve our issues post merger. We feel we were misinformed and the terms did not abide by our agreement under Entreda who was purchased by Smarsh. We are not asking for thousands of dollars, just a refund and to not have an annual contract enforced for something we never agreed to. Thank you.

Smarsh acknowledges the claim from ********************** and has reviewed this request for refund and all customer correspondence, including case notes and internal documentation. Smarsh has been willing to work with our customer to meet their needs and to deliver the product/services purchased. After the review, while we do not agree with the depiction of the events as provided, Smarsh agrees to proceed with payment of the requested refund. In good faith and in the event of any misunderstanding, this refund is an exception for an early termination outside of the contract period for this specific service.
