    Radaris has my personal information on their website, and despite multiple attempts to contact them through calls, emails, and their opt-out services, I have been unsuccessful in getting my information removed. Calls have gone unanswered, emails are ineffective, and the opt-out process requires creating an account, which I did, but I never received the verification code needed to complete the process. This situation infringes on my right to opt out, and individuals using the site should have a reliable and legitimate way to opt out before legal action is the last means of addressing this issue.

    I deleted my profiles from the Radaris site last year. However, some information specifically resume information which I believe they obtained from other sources was not deleted.I would like page located at *************************************************** to be deleted.

    I have asked for removal and not to ever be on their site again and keep having the issue. Not only do I not want my information on the site BUT the information isn't correct. ***************************** has no association with me or my family members.     Having received your reply to my Opt-Out Letter through the Better Business Bureau (ID ********* yesterday, which requests my email address and details of the account(s) to be removed from your site, I have attached the original letter, including email address and screenshots, that I sent to your business via Certified Mail November 11 2023.  

    As the letter states, removing and deleting specific records related to my name immediately and permanently is essential. 

    Your attention to this matter will be appreciated.

    Radaris is publishing personal information about me that is blatantly incorrect, and I have reason to think it's impeding my ability to get hired. I became suspicious about my personal information during my job search, so googled myself only to find that Radaris is publishing false information! So I followed their prompts to take ownership of the various incorrect profiles. Part of that process involves getting a verification code sent to your cell phone, which DOES NOT WORK! So I reached out to their customer service and all they told me was that they are having technical issues and have not corrected them since almost 2 months ago. Meanwhile my false profile information is still out there doing its damage!

    As of yesterday afternoon, after I made the ** complaint, I received an email stating that they had cleared off the data that I requested them to do 2 months ago. So, it's resolved now but I hope there is a way to keep the complaint visible to other people. The amount of damage that this inaccurate personal information did to me is unknown and cannot be quantified but this company should be held accountable for their negligence.
