      When I purchased the 2017 ***** Camaro through Driveway Care , they said the whole process from Documents to Delivery will take from 6 to 14 days. I purchased the car on October 28th and today is November 20th. I have had two scheduled delivery dates which have come and gone. I took off work both days and lost 16 hours of pay because the company did not deliver there promise. I have another delivery set up for tomorrow afternoon between 4 & 6. I think they owe me money for not communicating about delivery being changed or rescheduled. Any company dealing with the public should have high standards and Integrity. In the contract there was a 7 grace ****** to return car and a 60 day warranty. This I feel should start after I have taken delivery. Further more, the first payment on car should be pushed back one month without interest because of delays.

The company had every oppurtunity to call me in advance and rescedule so i could have worked. I lost $736.00 of pay due to no comunication. All it would have took is for somebody to call!

      I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from driveway.com in Sept. 2022. The transaction was fine up to the pint where i needed my license plates. The final contract was completed on 9/21/22 and now TWO months later and i cant get license plates. to make matters worse my wife was pulled over today by ************ for having no plates. She showed the officer the buyers order that driveway taped to the windshield, (driveway told me this was my temporary plate) and the officer informed her that even in ********** that was not considered a temporary plate. So now i cant even drive the Jeep anymore and i get NO help from driveway. I was promised my plates would be handled by driveway, then they tell me that Nevada *** will not allow them to handle my registration. So now i have been calling weekly (because they NEVER reach out to me) for updates and i never get a straight answer. The most recent explanation i heard was that the *** is requiring me to have all original paperwork with me when I go to the *** for the plates. Now Driveway and ****************** are arguing over who is going to send me the paperwork, all while my wife is being pulled over by police for having no plates.

      Purchased a 2016 Corvette Z06 through driveway on August 2022 and took delivery on September 8 2022. It is now mid November and yet to receive my registration or plates. California DMV reported back to me that they did not receive the vin verification and odometer disclosure that driveway assured me they submitted already. I have been stopped by police already regarding this issue as I need to drive my vehicle and can't legally do so since driveway did not ******************* to handle my registration on my behalf.

      I purchased a vehicle from Driveway back in August. I had the vehicle for about 1 month and then it started to violently shake when I would accelerate. It was still within the warranty time frame so I took my vehicle into a repair shop and Driveway said they would cover the repair expenses. My car sat at the repair shop for an entire month with the repairs completed because Driveway wouldnt pay the repair shop. They said it wasnt their responsibility, it was the selling dealerships responsibility for payment. I was told FOUR different times a check was cut and sent overnight for payment. I had to FIGHT multiple times to get any real answers and then finally Driveway decided to put me in a rental car for TWO days which I am assuming is what sparked someone to send the payment to the repair shop. Little did I know that would not be the end of my issuesI have had the car in my possession for THREE months now and I have never received a registration or my plates. My SECOND temporary tag has been expired for two months and still no permanent plates. When I call in to speak with anyone about why I still dont have my plates, no one has any answers and I am told someone will contact me and I never hear back. I have had documents sent to me FOUR times to have notarized, which I have gotten notarized and sent back in a very timely manner and still nothing.now over a week ago I was told there needed to be a VIN inspection done on the vehicle and they would coordinate that to get completed and havent heard a thing. I called the *** to see if there was anything I could do to get my plates without having to go through Driveway and they told me no unfortunately. I guess at this rate Ill never get plates or get in contact with anyone who knows what the h*** is going on.       I submitted a purchase request on driveway.com on 8/26/22 for a 2021 Audi q5 sportback and took delivery of it on 9/13/22.The car did not come with a temp tag and I eventually got one after a couple of weeks.That 30 day michigan tag expired on 10/19/22 and I went to the Texas dmv to get a 30 day tag that expires on 11/19/22. I went and renewed a temp tag for another 30 days which will expire on 12/19/22.Ive reached out to driveway customer care and have had great communication with ********************* and gave me the contact info for **** on the dmv team; **** provided me with a retitling doc and requested a copy of my insurance. That was delivered to the dealer via **** I filled out the form to speak to the finance manager at the dealership and he said he would talk to the person who was handling the driveway paperwork for title and registration to get an update. I am coming up on another week and will make one more attempt to find out a status update on when I will get my ***** registration and plates.

      We purchased a vehicle on Driveway.com . We received it on 09/25/2022. We had 7 days to drive it and make sure we still wanted to purchase it. We were supposed to be provided a temp tag in order to drive it. It arrived 5 days later, giving us only 2 days to drive and evaluate our purchase. We drove it for 3 weeks until the temp tag expired on 10/27/22. We have called, emailed, texted, every way possible to get a permanent tag so we can drive the vehicle that we are paying for. We have not received anything but excuses and claims that the dealership is to blame! It is now 11/15/22 and we can get no answers as to WHEN or IF we will receive our tags! We even received a LATE PAYMENT notice....BEFORE we even received any information as to who we send payments to and the amount! I have taken off work for 5 days, trying to call and remedy this. I now am filing with the Attorney General and talking with a private attorney. This company is scamming consumers and we have NO recourse! I am paying insurance and payments on a vehicle that I can not even drive!! Please help!!

      Bought a car through driveway.com back in November (will NEVER again). The hassle is not worth it. First it took forever for delivery (weeks) and then 3 months to finally get the registration and title work complete (common complaint for them apparently). So I take my vehicle in to get inspected and the inspection place tells me my car wont pass inspection with the tints. I was blown away by that because in ** you cant sell a vehicle that wont pass inspection. Even more alarming is the fact that they slapped an inspection sticker passing it to sell me the car. I dont know if its a company policy or just an employee who couldnt be bothered to actually inspect my vehicle, but the response from driveway was basically not our problem. I guess I will have to complain to the ** DMV about the practices of this company. Im not looking for money or any type of compensation. I just want them to remove the tints.

      I am rejecting this response because: They refuse to do the right thing. I will be escalating this further and contacting the *** to file a complaint and will be posting my experience to social media and sharing with my friend and family and Im sure they will also be posting to their social media and filing complaints as well. Its very sad when a company refuses to to the right thing.

We have reached out to the consumer to confirm receipt and ensure the resolution is satisfactory.
