    In April 2022 I sent a barrel for threading work. I was told the work was complete in May 2022. I was promised that the item would ship out the next day. It's been almost a year, they won't answer the phone or emails, and won't respond to messages on their social media accounts. I just want a resolution at this point, not more excuses about 3rd party bluing, moving locations, or production schedules. I was told the machine work is done, which would be nice, but I'll settle for just getting my parts back.

    On 6/13/22 I sent my Walther PPK firearm to this business for barrel threading. I was charged $245.00 in advance for their service and they provided their order number ****. They received the firearm on 6/24/22 as indicated on the attached *** proof of delivery. When you look up the order status on their web site it says that they are waiting for the item? In this past year, I have attempted to contact them via several emails and left several phone messages and to date I never got a reply. I would like a company representative to contact me with the status if my order. It has almost been a year since I sent them my firearm and I would like them to perform the service that I paid for and have my firearm returned to me as soon as possible.

    About ***** months ago, I dropped off two barrels to be worked on by **** at tornado technologies. Turnaround should have been a couple months- he had complications- he also had to move- and I understand the issues. However he has ghosted me the last 6 months. I even have his personal cell he gave me. Nothing.I would send an email or call once a week. Nothing crazy. Nothing in return. I just want the barrels back. Its unfortunate. ****, Ill take the review down if you just get back to me. Please.

    I purchased the service on March 12, 2023. They emailed me on March 25 telling me they received my item. I have sent numerous emails and left numerous voicemails asking for an update on the service and they havent emailed or called me back. Id like a call or email back from them with an update or just send my stuff back and refund me the $170 I paid for their service.

    After attempting to contact them since Feb 2023 got through to them by phone on mar 2. They said my product was done and was being mailed out. A shipping label was created but to this date hasnt been delivered to the post office which I believe is approx 5 min drive from their address. *** made several phone calls and sent several emails with no response. Not sure what other recourse I have but it feels like they just created the label to shut me up.

    Thursday, July 22, 2021 won Gunbroker.com auction for M1/2 Carbine. Gunbroker order number *******. Email contact initiated with **** from Tornado Technologies. ***************************************** of phone calls back and forth in August 2021 to confirm payment, etc.On August 30, 2021 I mailed **** of America check 236 from my personal account Tornado Technologies--invoice 6388.Check cleared on September 3, 2021 Followed up several times in ******************* 2021 to confirm next steps.Received voicemail from ******************* on October 26, 2021 apologizing for the delay in processing the paperwork due to a labor shortage. I still have this voicemail.I followed up via email and phone every few months to confirm progress. No calls/emails were returned. I didnt give it much thought as ATF Form 4 processing used to take between **** months.Around October 2022 started following up via email and phone every few weeks. No response to any inquiries. By then, and still now, ***** cell phone voicemail is full and no one answers the main line. A few weeks ago began calling and emailing **** daily, no response. Last week, began texting and calling **** multiple times a day. I received a read receipt back on one of my texts on February 14, 2023. Have screenshots of the read receipt.After one of my calls this week, he pocket dialed me back. I listened to him work/shuffle papers for 2 minutes.

    I sent in a barrel to get threaded on January 23rd. As of February 25th I have not heard from this business. They do not return phone calls or emails.

    I sent my barrel to tornado technologies . They've already took the money out of my account. And now I can't get ahold of them to get the Barrel returns me. I'm falling the claim with the credit card company now trying to get them money back. I how made 50 attempts to call and email them. No one will answer.

    In August 2022, I purchased some machine services on parts that I provided. Their stated turn around time is 8 weeks. They accepted my order and credit card payment. They have not provided the services that I purchased, nor will they answer emails or telephone calls regarding my order. I can only assume that their offer to provide services is a fraudulent attempt to scam credit card payments from potential customer.
