    Company refuses to answer emails or return phone calls concerning the status of work being done on pistol parts sent to them. After reading the complaints against them from other customers on the BBB review I am sorry I sent them items to be worked on and have little reason to believe I will ever see the items again.

    I called my bank since I prepaid on my debit card and filed a complaint with them as well. I received a refund but am not sure if it was voluntary from the company or was just a decision in my favor from the bank to give me back my money. I have emailed asking for the parts back and still get no answer. I hope you use my case as a warning to others who are savvy enough o check first before doing business with the ridiculous company.

    I sent a Ruger P89 slide barrel spring and guide rod to have the barrel extended and threaded. I paid $170.00 for the service. I'm customer #**** was the number they sent me when they received the gun parts. I paid for it on 3/11 /2023 they hit my back on 3/13/2023 #**** ******** is the transaction number. I want the work done or my gun parts returned. I don't care about the money!!!

    i cant get ahold of nobody with this comapny.. they have my barrel and slide and i just want it back its all i have left from a relative that passed away and its the only thing they left me and its a dear item to me and they have stolen it now. i want to jump on a plane and come pay them a phyiscal visit. i just want me item back.

    Sent a Beretta 84fs inox barrel and slide to be threaded by **** in Nov 7, 2021heard nothing for at least 6mosmade repeated phone calls and emails in spring of 2022, finally got owner and manager **** on the phone, he confidently said he had finished threading the previous day and told me it would be mailed the next day.never arrived, after 2 wks I made repeated emails and phone calls, finally got owner manager **** on the phone again.he took my credit card number (again) and told me my beretta slide and barrel were finished (again) and would be mailed the next day (again)..they never arrived (again), and I was never able to make email or phone contact with them again (probably blocked)I filed a theft by taking report through local sherrifs ***** to ********************* in spring of 2023, they told me my report would be added to the already ongoing case files (numerous) with tornado technologies...also was told the atf and local le are aware and involved, I would encourage other victims to possibly file reports also..I just simply wanted my slide and barrel back, the firearm is now useless and worthless..

    This company advertises Barrel threading services. About April 12, 2023 I placed an order to have my Ruger SR9 Pistol barrel threaded. They charged my credit card ****** and instructed me to send the barrel and slide which I did by US mail. They received the parcel on April 15, 2023. I have not heard from them even though I have sent several e-mails with no respose and made several phone calls with no call backs. I want my parts back and my money refunded or for them to thread the barrel and send it and the slide back.

    In September 2022, I sent a Beretta 85 slide, barrel guide rod & spring to Tornado Technologies to have the barrel extended & threaded. I never got confirmation that they received the items. I emailed them and left voicemails almost weekly and never got any replies. In March 2023, I got lucky and the guy answered the phone. I asked about my items and he said they were complete except the blueing and would have them 100% and shipped to me in a week. A few days later I checked the order status online and they had marked the order as received. As of July 2023, I am still emailing them and leaving voicemails with no response. I finally ordered a used barrel, slide, guide rod & spring last week at a cost of $350.00. It is very important to me to get this pistol back together because it belongs to my wife and she was diagnosed with advanced stage 4 cancer late 2022 and she asked me before she got sick to have it threaded for a suppressor. She has never gotten to shoot it and I am trying to get it together while she can. I can not say anything good about Tornado Technologies. I sent them an email I think in January 2023 explaining how important this was to me but they dont care. It appears they only care about stealing from their customers.

    Sent parts to be worked on in October 2022. Have attempted to contact them 11 times via their email and several other times via voice mail with no response as of June 2023. This sort of conduct by a business is very irresponsible. They claim to return responses within 48 hours.

    Barrel shipped for threading and received by company on 4/30/23 (order #****) but unable to contact despite repeated email/phone messages about estimated completion date. Would like to be contacted with estimated date work will be completed.thx

    I sent in two barrels with slides in October of 2022. I received a notification on March 25, 2023 that they received the items. Tracking shows that the items were delivered in October. It is now June, I would just like to have my items back and be refunded my money.

    I submitted my order (#****) on April 16, 2022, and received confirmation my slide/barrel was received shortly thereafter.Since then -- more than one year -- I've heard nothing from this company. I've called, called and left messges, and sent numerous emails, all with zero response.This company seems like a complete scam, yet I still want my slide/barrel back (with the work of threading the barrel completed!).

    I've attached a text file with the contents of my previous emails sent to Tornado Technologies... most recent attempts via email were May 30, 2023, May 17, 2023, and June 24, 2022.

    I also attempted to contact via phone numerous times during the last year as well.
