- Refund and Exchange Policy
- All account contracts are month to month and can be cancelled at any time for any reason with proper written notice. Proper notice includes mail, email, or our ticketing system. The request for cancellation is not effective until client receives confirmation from a Gravitylab employee acknowledging receipt of cancellation.
During a 15 day video hosting demo (or "trial account") the client shall use Gravitylab's services for free, with a $1.00 authorization to customer's credit card used to prove client's identity. The dollar charge is reversed back to your card whether you keep your account or not.
Cancellation of Service by Customer. Customer shall have the right to terminate their account as per Section 4.3 of Gravitylab's terms of service, unless a GravityLab Multimedia Written Agreement specifies otherwise. GravityLab Multimedia shall reimburse client any unused fees (prorated daily), after GravityLab Multimedia has determined, in its own discretion, that all charges associated with the account have been satisfactorily paid. - Business Categories
