      I really like this daily vitamin supplement, I signed up for their 52% off offer on a monthly auto pay with free shipping. My first order was billed correctly with the discount and free shipping but the next two auto ship orders I was charged full price and shipping charges. I have tried calling (only get voicemail) and emailed several times (only get auto generated response, generic email). Very poor customer service.

      Our initial experience with Gruns was positive, prompting a repeat order last October. However, our satisfaction turned sour when they charged our credit card without authorization for three packs. Despite attempts to resolve the issue with customer service, they were uncooperative and refused to acknowledge responsibility. We were forced to involve our bank to address the fraudulent transaction, leading to the inconvenience of replacing our credit card and deleting account information. To our surprise, we received another notification from Gruns Daily, indicating plans for further charges. We advise caution when dealing with this company and are considering avoiding further transactions with them.
