Good afternoon, my son used one time my phone to order Gruns product. Since then, the Gruns company keeps texting my on daily basis with their promotions and offers. I am not able to block it, even I mark it as a junk and block it, they keep coming every day, sometimes 2 times a day. The company has no phone number, I found an old phone on the website and it either didn't go through or it was a different company. I sent couple of e-mails to them and finally 8/27/25 ***** from SLC responded to me, that that will unsubscribe me, but I still keep getting daily text messages.This company has no direct phone number, no reliable customer service and keeps harassing me with their daily text messages. Would you please let the company know, that they should have a clear address and phone number on file, make sure customers can cancel their promotions and able to block their annoying e-mails/text messages. I previously purchased Gruns, cancelled my subscription, and they continue to autocharge my **************** and send me product that I have not ordered. This happened on August 7th and again on August 26th, I have repeatedly reached out to them at ******************************* to inform them that I cancelled my subscription months ago, did not order the product and want a refund, to no avail. Their customer service is non-responsive. I want a complete refund for their auto charges which I did not authorize and I want them to stop charging my card once and for all.Initial Complaint

this company kept sending me product after i canceled my order. i called they do not answer the phone left a message no response i then emailed them and asked them to stop sending me gummies and they had charged my bank again. i sent email about 7 times with only one response that they would get back to me soon this went on about a week and a half with no action or answer to any of my emails. i finally contacted them by text they informed me that i did not cancel in time but they would refund me half of the purchases price but have failed to do so.Initial Complaint

08/18/25 - Email confirmation sent at 11:46 PM from Gruins stating I had 60 minutes to change my order. I signed up for the Raspberry Lemonade flavor on a subscription. Gruins decided to change the flavor without my knowledge or consent and sent the email with my subscription at almost midnight with the 60 minute notice to change or cancel orders. This is very deceitful and shady and ensures the customer can't make changes to an order they didn't want. Gruins did not tell me the next subscription would be the original flavor or I would not have signed up for the subscription. I sent an email on 08/19/25 as soon as I saw this email and they have refused to respond to my message. They only respond to messages inside normal business hours but expect their customers to respond to a timed response at midnight. I was charged $123.21 for this order. I have tried to start a return on their website but it will not allow me to return since this is not my first order. There is no phone number to call to try and resolve this and they are not responding to emails send directly to them. This is ridiculous. I can't believe a company that is trying to help people would also be the same company to take advantage of their customers and stick them with items they didn't actually want. I have attached the original order I created, and also the new order with the time stamp from the company with no explanation for the change of flavor and the insane request to respond within an hour at midnight.Initial Complaint

They send these too often couple months ago I told them I wanted to cancel. Other day I got an eight hour notice during the night that they were sending another order. I had no way to cancel this. Tried toget in touch with their customer service could not find an answer. Went online to cancel. Was unable to all I could do is skip *** order . Then it proceeded to a video asking me not to leave after that it ended still no resolution.. I therefore had to go in and cancel my credit card, so no more orders could be charged to this account. I ordered the product to try it. I did not like it. They originally shipped the second order before they were supposed to. I went online and canceled my subscription immediately. I received notification today this morning that they went ahead and shipped and charged my ***** account again and then I just received another notification that they are shipping another bag at a different price and have charged me again so Ive gotten $123.99 in charges from this company today for a product that I canceled my subscription on! Purchased Vitamins from them to try it out, company added my credit card to file, and are charging me monthly. on 08/10/25 receive a purchased confirmation email, try canceling order within the 60 minutes stated on email, could not canceled, cannot contact company via phone, only email (without response), was charged on my credit card $121.99, and 2 days later never received a response from company. today received another email stating that a shipping label was created.Initial Complaint

I have canceled my subscription multiple times. In fact, I spoke with an associate in July. Yesterday I received an email at 0719 that said I could make changes to the order if I do so within 60 minutes. Then, at 0731 received an email stating the order had been confirmed and no changes could be made. I emailed the company to stop the shipment but have not had a response.Initial Complaint

On July 7, 2025 I placed an online order with Grns for a 28 pack of their gummies. It would be a recurring order each month. They stated 1-3 days to ship. After 5 days I contacted them and was told the order was in transit and I would be given a tracking number. That never happened and after a few more emails, I was given a tracking number for some unknown shipping company. The tracking number showed the order was received, but they were waiting on the actual package. Days went by with no change and I contacted Grns customer support several times with no response. I finally went online and posted a review on ****************** and within 2 hours I received an email from Grns telling me there was a problem with the package and they sent a replacement order. They stated I would receive a tracking number shortly. It's now 2 days later and no tracking number. I wrote them again and stated that this is exactly what happened the first time. That I was told I would get a tracking number and never did until writing them 3 times. I said I was not going to play this game again and if I did not receive a reply, I would file with the BBB. I have not gotten a reply.
