      ******************. After cancelling my subscription, they still sent out an order and charged my credit card. Order was refused and returned to them and they still failed to refund my credit card. I had to dispute through my bank for a resolution. Do not buy from this company.

      ******** customer service! They keep shipping me orders when I have cancelled all shipments! They wont agree to refund my money and send me a shipping label. I have 3 shipments that I dont want. They are unopened and I want to return them.

      My first order shipped slowly and was delayed due to bad weather so I continued. The second order charged to my credit card but never shipped. I was charged a ridiculous amount for shipping even though the first order had free shipping and having to pay shipping on subscription orders was never mentioned. My three messages to customer care went unanswered. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I wish I had looked at the BBB Rating before ordering. You really can't get lower than an F rating.

      Very dissatisfied with the terrible customer care. ********************** Auto shipped 2nd order 18 days into my 1st subscription. I Still hadnt figured out if I like the product.The first shipment has a 30 day money guarantee. BUT, the second order, charged at full rate, for which they admit they should send a pre-shipping reminder, (and after reading many reviews, is something they clearly know they should send but dont) is an utterly shady practice. I asked for proof they emailed me a pre-processing reminder, they tell me they are unable to do so???? Shameful So, in *******, where if you buy something and dont open it, dont use it and dont want it, this company FORCES you to keep it. What???

      I had received damaged product and contact company the very next day. I never got anyone to respond after their initial email. 3 weeks later I was again charged for future shipment to be prepared. I have emailed to exhaustion, texted, and even left a few messages in the only number found online for them and yet still no one has responded. This company has no care for customer service or pride in their product! Be careful if you buy and something goes wrong because they never respond! Shows how little care they have for customers. The product seems all great in videos and on social media but what I received was covered in a film that tasted rancid and was inedible! Just be warned. Company has many reviews with the same issue, they should be shut down!!!! SCAMMERSSSSS

      This company has no phone number and doesn't email prior to charging cc for renewal of product. **************** says no refund beyond first order. I was told to share it with my friends if I didn't want the second shipment. I wanted a refund. This is horrible customer service. Product is not worth the promises. Didn't help my GI issues.

      Exact same issues as some of the other reviews below. No where on the website does it explain that free shipping only comes with your first order and then you will be charged an egregious amount on every subsequent subscription order. **************** print screen a picture of where is says 'taxes and shipping costs not calculated' but you only see that when you hover over a question mark at time of check out. I also tried to search in Q&A and found nothing related to shipping costs. All over their subscription plans it states 'Free Shipping' and that is it. They are not transparent about their outbound process and therefore cannot be trusted as a company.

      I wish I had read the reviews about the free shipping issue before I ordered. I also ordered expecting free shipping with my auto-ship purchase. I was charged shipping and asked them to show where the working was indicating that it was an intro offer only. They said that if you mouse over the question mark on the order screen where it says "Recurring Subtotal", there is a pop up that says "Does not include shipping, tax, duties, or any applicable discounts". This is not a satisfactory explanation. Since I was expecting a free shipping discount on my autoship orders, this would not have told me I would have to pay shipping. NO WHERE on their site or the order pages does it say that it is an intro offer. It is a shame, because I really liked the product, but this is an incredibly shady business practice and I will not be ordering again.

      Horrible customer service. I signed up for their 52% off offer on a monthly auto pay with free shipping. My first order was billed correctly with the discount and free shipping but the next auto ship order I was charged full price and shipping charges. I emailed them and the inital response was that they would correct the shipping charges. Then a subsequent email said it was billed correctly and there would be no refund. My response to them was that they were falsly advertising free shipping for autoship and that was the whole reason I signed up for autoship. No response. I have canceled altogether. Very poor customer service. These gummies taste great but I have not seen any significant change in my health since taking these. Buyer beware.
