I received a credit card from this company. I havent even activated this card yet and theyre already trying to bill me any reporting credit to my credit reportand I owe them $125 but how do I owe them $125 when I havent even had to pay the card or anything? I would like to try to close my account since I have an activate it but theyre making it so hard. I cant even call their one 800number or talk to anybody. It just gives me the runaround of circles telling me I have to activate the card, but I dont wanna activate the I want to cancel it. Their website tells me just to call them and have no options to cancel. I feel like this company is being very predatory and not letting peoplecancel and charging them fees and money that they havent even spent.Business Response

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the handling of my Milestone Credit Card account, as well as the unprofessional and unacceptable customer service I have experienced.I was issued a Milestone credit card with a $1,000 credit limit. After activating the card, I found the available credit had been reduced to $750 due to a $250 fee. While I understand this fee, the problems began immediately after activation.Milestone has refused to allow me to use the card, and they are controlling which merchants and establishments I can use the card at, with no prior notice or disclosure. This level of restriction was never communicated to me before or after approval. I consider this misleading and deceptive.Whats worse, my attempts to resolve the issue have been met with rude, dismissive, and unprofessional customer service. I have been hung up on, ignored, and refused help. I am currently unable to get through to anyone who will assist me. This has been a terrible, stressful, and frustrating experience from the ******** this point, I want nothing further to do with Milestone Credit Card. I am requesting the following actions be taken immediately:1.I will repay the $100 that I used from the available *************************** further fees or charges should be applied to the account.3.The account must be closed in full upon my repayment.4.Most importantly, I am requesting that all records of this account be permanently removed from my credit reports with all three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion).If these actions are not taken promptly, I will escalate this complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Consumer Financial ***************** (****), and any other relevant regulatory agencies.Business Response

This company took out $293.16 from my account last week without authorization. I called them because they overdrew my account and accumulated fees. They said it was a system glitch and that it wouldn't happen again and they wouldn't pay the fees. I woke up this morning to see that they tried it again. I received an Indigo card with a limit of $1000 and paid the $175 free promptly upon receiving it. After a few weeks, I began using it on a trip for gas when it stopped working. I logged into my account and saw N/A for everything & to call. The lady had me to go to a specific website & upload my RealID ************ which I did while on the call with her. She said it might take 3 to 14 days to clear up, or it might take longer, but offered no other insight. I see now that Ive been completely scammed out of $175 and based on all these complaints it seems their motive is to cut people off the second they use the card & keep the difference. I have zero expectation that this deceitful company ever plans to unfreeze the account but if they do Ill never use it. Concora credit is deceitful and predatory and needs to be investigated.Business Response

I applied for a pre approval for an indigo card. The application stated if approved, the annual fee would be between $75-124$ for the first year and $99 per year after the first year. I submitted the application and was approved. I logged into my account and see the annual fee Im being charged is $250. I spoke to customer service and 2 supervisors who refused to listen or help me. The second ******* became agitated and closed my account. I want my account opened and I want the annual fee waived. I also want corporate to call me and explain why the website fraudulently deceives people by posting incorrect fee amounts.Business Response

When I applied, the fine print said annual fee between $74-124. The business is lying and deceiving customers. The only acceptable solution would be my account opened and the annual fee waived. On Thursday July 17, 2025 I was informed by the company if I made a payment by 8:00pm est it would post the same business day. I paid $140 over the phone using my debit card. I checked it this morning and its still saying I owe $71.00. And theres no available credit. Call customer service and they informed me that it posts after 2 to 3 business days. Was sent an offer for their Indigo Credit Card. Was approved, but the very first day I used it they freeze my account completely. After multiple calls, we are asked to upload our ID. WHICH WE DID. Front and back, clear photos. Keep in mind they've already charged us the 175 annual fee. A week later we call AGAIN and they say our account is permanently closed because the *** was marked as suspicious ". No reason whatsoever, refuse to reopen the account or allow us to resend the *** nothing. Now only opened the website for us so we can pay their scam fees and still can't use the card.Business Response

Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible Purposes of Consumer Reports, any information reported on my consumer report requires explicit written consent. At no time did I provide such consent, and reporting this information without my authorization is a clear act of fraud. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681a(2)(B) - Exclusions from a Consumer Report, any credit transaction that involves the use of a Social Security card is required to be excluded from a consumer credit report.
