      I received a credit card from this company. I havent even activated this card yet and theyre already trying to bill me any reporting credit to my credit reportand I owe them $125 but how do I owe them $125 when I havent even had to pay the card or anything? I would like to try to close my account since I have an activate it but theyre making it so hard. I cant even call their one 800number or talk to anybody. It just gives me the runaround of circles telling me I have to activate the card, but I dont wanna activate the I want to cancel it. Their website tells me just to call them and have no options to cancel. I feel like this company is being very predatory and not letting peoplecancel and charging them fees and money that they havent even spent.

      I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the handling of my Milestone Credit Card account, as well as the unprofessional and unacceptable customer service I have experienced.I was issued a Milestone credit card with a $1,000 credit limit. After activating the card, I found the available credit had been reduced to $750 due to a $250 fee. While I understand this fee, the problems began immediately after activation.Milestone has refused to allow me to use the card, and they are controlling which merchants and establishments I can use the card at, with no prior notice or disclosure. This level of restriction was never communicated to me before or after approval. I consider this misleading and deceptive.Whats worse, my attempts to resolve the issue have been met with rude, dismissive, and unprofessional customer service. I have been hung up on, ignored, and refused help. I am currently unable to get through to anyone who will assist me. This has been a terrible, stressful, and frustrating experience from the ******** this point, I want nothing further to do with Milestone Credit Card. I am requesting the following actions be taken immediately:1.I will repay the $100 that I used from the available *************************** further fees or charges should be applied to the account.3.The account must be closed in full upon my repayment.4.Most importantly, I am requesting that all records of this account be permanently removed from my credit reports with all three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion).If these actions are not taken promptly, I will escalate this complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Consumer Financial ***************** (****), and any other relevant regulatory agencies.

      This company took out $293.16 from my account last week without authorization. I called them because they overdrew my account and accumulated fees. They said it was a system glitch and that it wouldn't happen again and they wouldn't pay the fees. I woke up this morning to see that they tried it again. Please see screenshots with dates.

      Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible Purposes of Consumer Reports, any information reported on my consumer report requires explicit written consent. At no time did I provide such consent, and reporting this information without my authorization is a clear act of fraud. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681a(2)(B) - Exclusions from a Consumer Report, any credit transaction that involves the use of a Social Security card is required to be excluded from a consumer credit report. This account violates that provision and should not be reported.

      I called Concora to cancel my card since I have lost it and have paid it off completely. The automated system told me it was no longer served by them and gave me a number for Quantam Services LLC, who I called and they said they have no record of my account. I have called all given phone numbers and am unable to reach a human to cancel this card.

      Called Concora Credit on 7/14/25 approx 5pm pertaining to a monthly fee I've been charged since October 2024 for account ending in 3711. That's a separate issue in itself being that I was never notified. However, the new, bigger issue is finding out on this call that on 10/21/22 an account ending in 4129 was opened with my personal information and later closed by the company since it was deemed as fraudulent. Concora Credit NEVER notified me that my information with their company was compromised. Only thing they are saying is that at least they closed the account. That is not enough. My identity was still compromised and I was never notified. I'm learning this almost 3 years later. I asked to speak with their fraud department and the account manager refused to allow me to speak with the fraud department stating the account is already closed so there's nothing to discuss. This is insane! I asked why was I never notified. She stated it is because the notice was sent to the address for the fraudulent account which was not my address. Of course it's not my address. It's fraud! A person committing fraud isn't going to send the credit card to me. They want to receive it. This company has other methods to notify me plus they have my actual address. I had my real account prior to 2022. They had every opportunity to notify me of this and failed to do so. All they care about is collecting monthly and annual fees and not notify their customers that they will be applying these fees.

      These vendors send out credit applications in the mail advertising easy approval with very minimum waiting time or information required. What they do not tell you is they want a photocopy of your driver's license a utility bill and then they want a tax ID and Social Security card as well that is everything needed to steal someone's identity. Any other credit card place I have ever went to has only required a photo of your license to verify Identity or something along that line not every single piece of Vital Information there is. Their call center is obviously foreign based and I recommend you do not go through these people it is highly suspicious

      This company has a faulty website which they use to try and collect fees from the faulty payment. They are now reporting my account delinquent and it is effecting my daily credit report . They have yet to correct their mistake and continue to charge me fees . Now they are expecting me to pay the higher payment until they remedy the situation

      I reported my card lost and called over a month ago to request a replacement. After waiting more than three weeks with no delivery, I contacted Indigo/Concora on June 14 to check the status. I was informed that the address on file had been changeddespite the fact that the customer service agent confirmed my correct home address during our initial call. Please note that all calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes.The agent assured me that the card would be sent to the correct address and that the fraudulent address would be removed from the ************ is July 12, and I still havent received my card. I called again and was told the card had been mailed but rejected by ****. Then, a supervisor contradicted that and stated the card was never sent because their systemand USPScouldnt verify my address. This makes no sense. I have never lived outside the state of *********What is going on? This is a nightmare. Im now being told the card will arrive in another 14 days. Based on this ongoing situation, I fully expect another month-long ******** is clear that there is fraudulent activity occurring within Concora, and the consumer is paying the price
