The card was activated 11/2023 Milestone master card with credit limit of ******. The card has never been used and has annual fee of 175. To date I have paid ******. I was told in December and January a block was put on the card due to recent activity and not to attempt to use it, that I would receive an email when card could be used. I called on March 25 2024 accessing the automated system, account had 0 balance due and no available funds. I spoke with someone that told me they never received requested identity information which I sent via mail twice. During the call the representive put me on hold and call was disconnedted.I had requested a refund.Business response

On 3-30-2024 I recieved a billing statement from Concora Credit. I looked them up and found out they used to be Genesis Financial Solutions. I had that card to pay for dental work 4 years ago. The balance is 0$ but I don't want this credit card. I called the company to close the account. Both numbers I called ask for my SSN. I do not want to give them my number. How else am I able to close this account. The web site says you have to call to cancel, in person or written notice is not excepted. What should I do? I don't want an account with Concora.Business response

I got a pre approval for this company's Milestone Mastercard and chose to apply for it since it didn't have an annual fee and I wanted to build my credit. I got approved and received the card and a pamphlet. I proceeded to read the entire pamphlet and letter and saw no annual fees mentioned so went online to activate it. Through the activation process there was no mention I could see of annual fees, but once I activated it there was a $175 annual fee already charged to the account so I immediately called and canceled it.I am seeking for the account and original credit inquiry to be removed from my credit history AND for the company to provide better transparency regarding annual fees and interest rates for future customers!Business response

This company Concora Credit P.O.Box ***** Columbia, ** 31908-4049, sent me a letter stating I have an account with them in the amount of $2,000. I DID NOT AND HAVE NOT APPLIED FOR ANY CREDIT CARD FROM CONCORA CREDIT. The account number is #****************,credit limit $2,000. They have 3 different locations on the letter, one from Concora Credit P.O.Box 4477 *************, next P.O.Box 4477 *********, **, and last P.O.Box ***** Columbia, **. This is FRAUD and I want this company to close this account and who apply for this credit. Thank youBusiness response

This creditor CB INDIGO was not authorized to be on my credit report. This is fraudulent and a violation of my consumer rights and I demand this account to be removed. Im not liable for this debt. It says it was opened on 3/6/2019 for $0 with account numbers starting with 534348**********.Please remove this creditor ASAP and cease all communication or I will file a CFPB and FTC report.Business response

I Opened a Milestone credit card, I don't mind fees and what not, I do mind being sold a false bill of goods. Its marketed as a credit card you can use anywhere. I got the card 3 days ago and been able to use it less then 10 times because every single transaction is declined. **************** is of no help. They want 175$ from me for a credit card i cant even use. I've tried using this card at various establishments. 700$ limit All but few are declined. Gas, Dunkin, Groceries. All declined and when i call them they tell me "try again in an hour." Why is it okay to charge fees for something unusable. I dont mind paying for the things i bought. I dont think its right to pay for an annual fee if i cant use the card anywhere for anything.Business response

A store has placed a phantom charge of $****** on my account - this has been "pending" since Feb 7th - either the store worker is trying to get fraudulent commissions or this is a clerical error. Please release the ****** charge immediately - i've called concora credit many times to no avail.This is fraud as I am paying compound interest on this pending charge.Please remove this pending charge immediately. I have had more communication from 3rd parties than the actual business themselves and they jumped straight to a lawsuit without having a conversation with me or sending an email or anything. I have asked twice (once to a random delivery man calling me) if I could update the address (without even knowing what the package was because no one would tell me). On both occasions I was met with no cooperation and only a smug response saying there is a legal process they have to follow. I owe 1800 and they are threatening to collect 5000 from my wages. They have had more communication with my sister and brother in law than myself because they call them constantly but only called me today (a call which I returned hoping to find a solution). I informed them that I no longer live or work at the addresses they have because I was reaching out to come to a solution but they dont want a solution. They enjoy the harassment. Listen to the calls I had to step away from my desk as the representative drug out the process of explaining the case and giving no address of the court date. I am on military orders and need this information to get excused, but they simply have not provided itBusiness response

I have countless times tried to resolve an issues with this company and ends up with hold on let me transfer you and disconnects. No communication from company at all.I was sent to this company after opening an account with ************************ which was thensold to this company. This company not only is now charging interest rate which is against my contract that is only a few months old/ they tried to tell me it expired how so when i just opened and have 12 months. you are telling me a 1 month in its expired. not how that works. i want them to reverse all interest rates on my account as this is against the law and the contract to charge interest. this company is nothing but problems and will be seeking legalBusiness response

I tried to cancel my Indigo Credit Credit three times and they did not acknowledge this until my third attempt via the mail. They will not cancel over phone and stated that it needed to be done in writing. They only canceled my credit card after charging the annual fee and late fees. They now state that I owe $130.05 which is not accurate. I tried to cancel this card way before the annual fee was charged and they ignored these attempts.Business response
