I logged into my Genesis FS - MILESTONE card ending in xxxx-xxxx-****. I have no problems with any company except this one, which continues to refuse payment by reversing the payments I make and NOW!! I have a second card with you, ending in xxxx-xxxx-**** has no issues with payment. Why have you done this! I also pay for credit protection. Then turning me in as late when you caused this and I pay, set to Auto-Pay and it is turned off by YOU!! Remove ALL LATE CHARGES AND FEES. If not I will contact the government for a financial audit of your company and my accountBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because: Agent has not stated our conversation correctly. They called, I said "Hello can I help you" I was then made known who was calling. I then said I have two Genesis CC - MILESTONE card ending xxxx-xxxx-****/2nd Destiny card ending in xxxx-xxxx-****. I have NO! pymt issues with second card ending ****, ever but you continue to refuse my auto payment on 1st card ending MILESTONE card ending xxxx-xxxx-****, turning it off and by reversing the payments I make. Remove all late fees and remove late pymt on credit that you caused. I will pay card off and close when you remove late fees and remove late payment issues you have caused

I applied for the Milestone Mastercard on April 6, 2023 with approval, When I received the card in the mail on April 13, 2023 and when trying to activate it..it said I needed to contact customer service.. In speaking with the customer service agent, the young lady stated the card has been temporarily blocked for fraudulent activity and I should have received a letter in the mail dated April 10, 2023. I did inquire about her mentioning " fraudulent activity" - what kind when I just received the card" and it wasn't active. But also asked how can I be charged anything ( annual fees) on an account that is not active, and on a card that the company will not allow me to activate. When I did receive the letter dated 4/10/2023...with a ***** balance stating "Due to recent activity, we have placed a temporary block on your above referenced Milestone Mastercard Account for security purposes until we receive certain identity verification documentation" Do not attempt to use your credit card.....if we do not receive the documentation within the next 30 days, your account will be permanently closed." At this point I started to get suspicious of the company as being a scam based on blocking an account prior to even being activated. I called customer service again after I noticed this card showed up on my credit report even after I DID NOT provide the information/documentation they claim they so needed which was way after the 30 day or your account will be closed, and asked how can they place an account they believe is fraudulent on a consumers account with a balance even when they will not activate the account. Asking for them to remove account off of my credit report with said $***** mentioned in letter dated 4/10/2023.Business Response

I have been trying to log into my Milestone credit card to pay my monthly bill and for 3 months i have not been able to do so. When i called in i was told the system was down. Tried this a few times over 3 months and was told the same thing. Today 4/19/2023 at 6:20pm est i called in to get my password reset due to my password not working for some weird reason and was directed to the ********************** when i hit the tech support option. Waited on the phone for 20 min. and the call ended while on hold. Called back and go thru to the tech line and after following steps to log in to see what was going on with my account i was told it isnt working for you. it might be due to you oweing money on your account. You are happy to try back in 24 hours if you wish. I can not pay a bill ( online billing so no paper bill) that i cant see what is on it, always check for fraud and make sure it is correct before paying. This way i get a recipt after paying my bill. It has helped in the past with paying bills having that document after. SO, my account is not in collections with them and getting massive interest added to due not being able to see or pay my bill online.Business Response

In February of 2023, I applied and was approved for a credit card with a $700 credit limit (please see the attached). I was approved for a Destiny Credit Card serviced by GenesisFS Card Services. After 14 days without receiving the card, I called **************. The Customer Representative assured me the card was in the mail and in route. After another 7-days without receiving the card, I called GenesisFS Card Services again. For the second time, another Customer Representative assured me the ********************** card was in the mail and in route. She told me to call back, if the card does not arrive in the next 7 business days. After another 7 business days without receiving the card, I called GenesisFS Card Services a third time. Finally, the third Customer Representative took action and tried to track my card. After some time passed, the Customer Rep informed me that my card had accrued multiple merchant transactions. After trying to call GenesisFS Card Services, on four separate occasions, to let them know I did not receive the credit card in the mail, only to have them tell me someone stole my credit card and went on a shopping spree WAS VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY FRUSTRATING. The Customer Rep assured me she would send me another credit card with a totally different card number. She also assured me that all of the credit card itself would be reported as Lost/Stolen. After another 21 days pasted, I never received the second Destiny credit card. So AGAIN, I called GenesisFS Card Services for a fifth time. This time I called the lost and stolen card department at **************. (Please see the attached) To make matters worse, GenesisFS Card Services sent me a letter (NOT ABOUT THE LOST/STOLEN card) but about merchant transactions being disputed, and that I may have to pay for fraudulent merchant charges. I WAS APPROVED FOR A CREDIT CARD THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. Please help me restore my good name and credit.Business Response

Every month I have scheduled payments and paid on time. They reported me late in April, and I made two payments in April. I also paid for two months in January to avoid being late. I scheduled payment on their system, and their system canceled it. I've always made my payments and want my credit report updated to reflect NO late payments.Business Response

I applied for a destiny credit card , they approved me but asked for proof of IDENTITY , I sent my ID and informed them that the correct address was not on my ID, they proceeded to tell me no worries everythings fine send a copy of a utility bill they then mailed out my card its been 3 1/2 weeks and I still havent received my card !! I call and the agent says they have a different address even tho they had already confirmed they recieved everything and then continued to say were gonna report this to the credit agency as account closed by consumer and its going to negatively impact your credit. When you guys couldnt hold your end of the deal and send my card !! You also said youd waive the $175 fee as I NEVER recieved a card and yet I still recieved a statement with a $175 charge for something I NEVER recieved agent didnt confirm I wanted to close my account or try to provide a resolution instead she just shut the account down. The lady spoke extremely broken English and didnt understand what I was saying how is she supposed to help ?!?Business Response

I closed my indigo credit card around 6-8 months ago. I have been making payments monthly, minimum and over and above. I recently moved and opened a new account. I changed accounts and informed genesis with new numbers. My balance was $195 in January 2023. Since then I have sent $100, $60, $40 $40. All of which according to genesis I stopped the payments. I sent statements from my bank manager that the payments were honored. These payments were not returned to my banking institution which is union bank in ************* **. Now they say my balance is $272 and they are willing to split that with me. I feel that I already paid them off. I need your help!!Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:this issue has gone back to June 2022. Even when I changed banks in January 2023 with a new account I reported to indigo and did not set up automatic payments and paid monthly the amounts stated that supposedly according to indigo I stopped payment. Why would I stop payment knowing I would be charged by indigo and my bank? I spoke to another manager and she requested I send checks and balances statements to genesis card service. This has been going on longer than I thought. I am not wrong about this.

What do I do now? What is the what is their response? I haven't heard a thing from them have you I want to settle this thing I tried settle only get back in June which they didn't process any of my payment since June 22 what is up with that? What is wrong with their system? I have other Genesis accounts, mile stone cards, destiny card all with the same account numbers there's no problem with those accounts. What is wrong with the Indigo account? Tell me show me.
