      I wish I knew about the, corrupted method this card is charging. I made a $50.00 purchase and my statement was about $ ****** which I made thru my bank hoping this does not go more frustrating than it is by sharing my bank account. They put annual charges, late fee of $40.00. What and how do they get all this permission to do corrupted, business?

      Do not recommend paid off my account in February and closed it what was owed only to get a letter saying I still owe them for an interest payment. Stay away from them

      New card received....activated....customer service phone numbers do not work...tried them all.....then I read the BBB complaints...!!!Worried! Yes, I should have done this before.....afraid I am involved in a scam.... ES

      They bought my account from another business and I have been trying for months to get my account available for online payment. Cases have been opened but no one does anything with them. I have asked to talk to a manger but still no results. I have spent many hours to get this resolved over the phone. I can't do anything because not paying would then show on my credit report so I am just screwed.

      I applied and received a credit card through this bank that was sent to an address that was out of date. After a month of not receiving the card, I had to call in order to report that it had gone missing; during that call the representative issued a block on the account for security purposes. All's fine well and good so far--Now I have to submit a copy of my driver's license, as well as the last four digits of the card number in order to get the account unblocked 'for security purposes', as if that information isn't public record, or easily accessible knowledge to someone who wants to open an account using my information. This is hilariously unsecure, not to mention that I have to mail or fax it in--I can't even use the app for it! Who even uses a fax machine anymore outside of the medical industry!?Just got off the phone with them, and I got told "it will take up to 14 business days for the account to be reviewed", as if I didn't take out a credit card to help deal with an 'in my face' bill to begin with. It'll be two service charges ($10/month, btw) before I'm even able to use the card at all. If I didn't feel the pressing need for it to rebuild credit history or have a bit of a buffer for emergencies, I'd have just cancelled the card over this utterly ridiculous circus.

      Concora credit has reported 9 late payments to the Bureau bringing my 100% on time payment history to a screaching halt!! They also have two of the same credit card with different balances which do not reflect my on time payments!l on my credit report! This has seriously damaged my cridit which ive been working very hard to build. They have charged me late fees, and for services I did not sign up for. Every time I call to try and resolve any of these issues and actually get to speak with a human being, they hang up on me. I'm not belligerent like I wish I could be. I'm a call away from starting a law suit!! Please tell me if you're experiencing anything similar. It's gotten infuriating!!

      New cardholder with Concora, a Destiny Mastercard. Made the first $200 payment 10 days before 1st payment was due. Received a letter from Concora stating the payment was rejected/returned by my bank unpaid. I checked with ***************, the payment cleared for $200 on April 30, and the bank provided me with proof to forward to Concora. I called Concora, CS *** said it did not clear. When I said I had proof provided from *** that the payment cleared as stated, he was quiet for a moment...then he said OK, the payment should be credited to my account within 14 business days. So clearly something is up with this group?! I'm forwarding proof of payment having cleared my bank to their corporate office, and I will be closing this card!! Not a great way to start out.

      I scheduled a payment on 4/4 to pay 5/3 (due date). I logged in to check if the payment was posted on 5/4. There was no pending payment, but it was a day late. So I paid again, thinking their c*** website messed up. Long story short, they took two payments out, both a day late. This company is a joke and robbing people. DO NOT do business with these scam artists. They are a grossly incompetent business that preys on people and hides behind call centers and snail mail written communication only.

      This company is predatory Im late on 2 of my cards as Ive been laid off work and they dont stop calling from all sorts of fake numbers they dont leave messages I had a call and the caller id came up as someone elses name! which is ILLEGAL ! They are also only allowed to call you 7 times with in 7 days which they have surpassed that ! I will be reporting for consumer fraud and taking legal action that Im entitled to up to $1,000 per offense and I have many documented offenses! This conduct violates: 15 U.S.C. 1692e prohibiting the use of any false, deceptive, or misleading representation in connection with the collection of any debt; and 15 U.S.C. 1692e(14) prohibiting the use of any name or identifying information other than the true name of the debt collectors business.Using false numbers to hide your identity is deceptive and unlawful

      Don't bother with this company. I was approved for a card only for it to never arrive. After nearly a month, I requested that it be reissued. That card also never came. When I called a second time, I dealt with an unhelpful, inconsiderate, and unknowledgeable *** who told me that the account had been closed due to inactivity. The card was lost in the mail. I later received a letter stating that there had been suspicious activity. Due to potential fraud, the account had been terminated. The company cannot even keep the story straight. The silver lining is that the card had no annual fee. Steer clear of this creditor.
