      We have been using this company for over a year. We’ve only had one technical issue and they were here within a couple of days to service it.
      Every worker I have spoke with has been friendly and helpful.

      Jacob was the technician today. He texted ahead of time, came when he said he would, was very nice and efficient. In no time he had resolved the problem.
      I had a time to hold open from 1-5, but when I called the office to say I could not be home until 2:00 they gladly accomodated me.
      This company has been a breath of fresh air in their customer service, in a time when customer service is often an elusive quality if it even exists.

      I love Alert 360 overall for their home security system and especially for their great and professional service. Today was the best example when one of their employees, Chad, came over to fix some issues. Chad was extremely helpful with a great personality. He got everything fixed and replaced. He took the time to explained everything that he did. I love the fact that Alert 360 is a people oriented company!

      Alert 360 customer service, IT department, sales representative and Technicians have been smooth sailing. Alert 360 and their team are professional, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. System is designed for easy touch screen access, with larger text/option buttons. I highly recommend ALERT 360 for home or commercial security for peace of mind and safety!
