1 starThis company doesn't deserve one star. They installed faulty equipment that they won't/can't fix and all they keep saying is that we need an upgrade which will cost more money. Why would I want to spend more money for a service we've never been able to use? They've sent techs out several times and they can't even fix the equipment they installed to begin with. We got woken up at 2am by this faulty equipment that they can't fix!Alert 360 Home Security
