5 starsAlarm set off yesterday morning 360 and BCSO called while we were out of town. BCSO deputies checked property and called said everything looked secure. Arrived home to find sensor not attached. Called Jason at 360 he walked me thru the panel to adjust sensor problem and I texted Maria our 360 rep. This morning Chad 360 tech arrived and fixed the sensor, checked other sensors and reattached sensors securely and checked everything else on our system. Alert 360 has been excellent at getting any issue or a appt to service system ASAP or talking me thru fixing it myself when possible without sending a service Tech. I highly recommend Alert 360 for your home or business. Everyone friendly, courteous and professional. Response was quick and I’m satisfied with their quick assistance 24/7!Alert 360 Home Security

5 starsI have had a few other alarm system all of which I did not like. 360 has been great !! Never any mishaps like sending the police when they shouldn’t or not able to get in touch with. I absolutely love them. I have them for 3 years with no problems. I had a problem with a sensor and they came out immediately to fix. I have recommended them to many others who are happy tooAlert 360 Home Security

5 starsI was away when my home alarm sounded twice in one day. Both times, Alarm 360 was able to pinpoint a kitchen motion sensor as the culprit. They were able to replace the old & errant motion detector with a more current version within 24 hours. I have never experienced such prompt and friendly service! I feel so secure with the Alarm 360 equipment and team behind me!??Alert 360 Home Security
