      Very professional and knowledgeable. They explained to me what they were doing and also help me set up the app which I really appreciate because Im technically challenged. The technician **** was very very pleasant. I highly recommend this company.

      They booked us in in less than 5 days, showed us how to keep the system running, then when the technician got here it only took less than 1/2 hr. To have us completely running. The technician was very friendly and easy to deal with.

      The representative from 360 was AWESOME if all there Service Members were as courteous and professional as he was Im sure they wld be considered the number one Alarm System Company??Im so sorry I can not remember his name ??I was distracted with a call I received while he was assisting me again my apologies because he truly was AWESOME!!!!!!
