      Our tech AJ was professional, friendly and courteous. Although this Texas heat was intense, he manage to get the job done. My husband was very satisfied with his work. He gives him a 10!

      Careful what you sign, there no getting out of it. Times are hard, for myself and everyone else. I called the company about possibly getting out of the contract because I need the money, and they essentially told me I signed the contract and theres nothing I can do. My options are either to continue with the contract or pay off the amount remaining. They tried to give me a bargain by dropping the total down another $150 down to $850. Insane, I will never use this company again and will urge everyone else to never do so either.

      I was informed that this company is not capable of connecting wirelessly to my wifi. I have had repeated calls about active credit card auto payments not being made. Then was told, repeatedly, that the problem would be corrected. It apparently has never been corrected. Out of date technology and incompetent billing department.

      I have been a satisfied customer for over 11 years. The ******************** company was FRONTPOINT originally then changed to Alert 360.All my equipment has been paid for upfront and always paid my bill on time.I tried to cancel my service on 7/29/24 and the REP said I needed to send them am email in writing before I could cancel. I sent the email with in minutes, then got an automated reply that someone would call me within 72 hours Well on the fifth day of waiting no call was received. So I called back and the REP told me they did reduce my email and my service will be canceled in 30 days. My complaint is why do I need to wait and also pay for an extra month of service. Seems to be un ethical

      TERRIBLE COMPANY STAY AWAY I bought a house that the previous owners had hawk security system. We decided that we didn't need it so we never signed up. however all their gear is still hooked up to the house, they didnt bother to come get it. The monitor in the wall would ring every other day or so and would ask for a code to stop it. I never even got any code from them and when I didnt sign up I imagined they would just turn everything off. That brings me to today, all of a sudden in the middle of the day the monitor powers the whole house with an alarm and wouldn't stop. My six month old baby is screaming because it woke him up from a nap. I immediately call hawk security so they can help me turn it off, as it is their system that is doing it. the lady transfers me to support and no one ever answered. Meanwhile there is an alarm blasting. I hang up and call again and the lady just starts telling me to unplug the monitor from the wall, I keep telling her there is no plug and she just keeps saying that there is. I explain to her that the wire is run through the wall. then she tells me in that case there should be a box plugged into the house somewhere, I explain to her there is not a box and that we barley have anything plugged in since we havent lived here very long and we barley have anything. She keeps speaking to me like im an idiot that there is a box plugged in somewhere and I just have to find it to get the system to stop. After looking through the house and not finding it I ask her if they can send a tech out here to unplug the whole system, she said no. She then just hangs up on me. I work in real estate and that is just not how you treat people especially if you're a company that provides a service. I ended up just cutting the system from the wall and creating a big hole in the drywall that now has to be repaired. I am still shocked at the way I was spoken to. I have no words.

      Fixing the problem was done quickly but our system is not a year old. The pad was replaced and I have to pay for it when you all put in a poor quality product. I am very disappointed.
