      I have been with Guardian/ alert 360 for 5 years now and must say it has been one of the most comforting aspects of getting into a new home. From the sales staff to the technicians ( Joel ) I have had nothing but Top Notch service. The Operators that I have spoken with when the alarm has gone off have always been kind and courteous, even with the occasional accidental silent alarm and the police showing up. Thanks Tulsa PD I wish every company I had to deal with was of this quality.

      The technician was polite, very professional, cordial and very thorough and explaining everything he was doing, it was awesome that someone explained the whole process! Also very responsible by contacting us by telephone call and text message, great experience. No complaints

      Great customer service. Tech was very thorough and made sure the system was working before leaving. He took the time to call for additional IT help when there was an issue with getting the app to work.

      Alert 360 defaulted two separate contracts that I sign with them in one year (2022), they did not provided the service or equipment offered in contract, charged me a higher rate ignored my calls and drafted money out of my banc account for services that they have not provided. After four years with them I'm very frustrated with the overall service and lack of care on my account, I called the CEO office and even she acknowledge that the dropped the ball. I'm thinking about filing a small claim court case. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!

      We apologize for Mr. ******** dissatisfaction in this matter. While we were unable to provide the cameras he initially wanted with his service, we did remove those from his agreement, so at no point was he ever paying for a service he did not receive. As a good-will gesture, our Office of the CEO agent did offer to provide Mr. ***** with a credit for the inconvenience, but we do not believe it is fair to request a full refund when he was receiving the services he was billed for.
