      I have paid ****** into global holdings LLC for three debts. Two were settled and I found out they were taking attorney fees later on without settlement on the third debt. I'm trying to get ****** back which is my money and I can't reach anyone. This business is a total scam and no one has reached out to me in two years although I keep calling. I had to pay my bank a stop payment fee until this gets resolved. I'm working with the last creditor on my own.

      They are the financial institutions that a took my money to pay my debts that i turned over to a debt management provider to pay my debts. They took ******* and paid nothing, unable to get in touch with any one to get my money back so i can go ahead by creditors. It is a shame when you cant trust anyone these days not to scam hard working people out of their money. ***** *****

      This is a bait and switch operation. They claimed that the initial program would consolidate at 24%, not the 5% on the document they sent. Then they wanted us to pay into a trust account. They are scammers.

      Global ***** was assigned my assigned by ****************** (a debt management provider) to settle a debt to one my creditors. For approximately 24 months, the have dedicated $429.73 monthly without pay $0 on my debt. I smell a systemic FRAUD!

      Do not use this company, they hold your funds and do not pay your accounts. In five months with them, only two payments were made to our creditors. Huge waste of time and funds. Pay your funds to your creditors directly.

      So this is going to be long but well worth it! DO NOT TRUST THEM! They had $1200 of mine in a trust account with Advantage Law and ********. I was told my acount qould be available for 90 days. I cannot see any of my previous activity! Nor can I see where the $1200 went. I asked for my money back since ic ancelled the program due to ******** and ADVANTAGE LAW not handling my account properly. I had to file bankruptcy because I had a levy attached to my bank an could not risk any more money being taken. I reached out to ******** and ADVANTAGE LAW numerout times only to be told that they were in a meeting and would return my call. This went on for 2 or 3 weeks before the levy and STILL no phone call. Needless to say they did not return my call or inform me where my money went. Since they did not do what they were supposed to do I feel my $1200 should be returned. All I get are emails from the Liaison to the CEO telling me "Im Sorry"! F**k I'M SORRY! Just return my $1200.00!

      credit repair/debt consolidation they claimed to have paid back the debt but its not updated/removed from my credit report. i need them to confirm that the debts are paid or return the money for failure to comply with the contract in which they stated they would consolidate my debt.
