      This compny was taking out money for things i didnt not authorize. Now i have messed up cause dont seem ** k e im going to be getting my money back and im behind on my bills. Where i wasnt until i thought this company would help me get my credit in order. Dont trust this company to help they more **ke rip you off. Then say it was for their fee you basically pay them to s**** up your credit even more

      Same thing has happened to me! Run from these people they are scammers! If I could give zero stars I would! Now is like pulling teeth to get the remaining ******* back after already losing upwards of ******* in fees over a 2 yr period and nothing was ever done! This scam has cost me over ******* in a 2 yr period!!

      Scam artists! They draft money from you each month and do not pay anything towards your debts. They don't answer the phone or returns calls, emails. Scum of the earth.

      I have been told that I have $4600 in my Global Holdings Account. On 12/18/24 I asked to withdraw the money so that I may pay my payment plan to the creditors myself. I assumed my money would be deposited directly into my account on file. then i called back after three business days and was told the check was mailed to me on 12/19/24. to date I have not received the check.

      Y'all need to do better with returning people phone call y'all sent my check to the wrong address. I'm just getting it and now it expired. I'm in hold now last you man I spoke to hung up in my face which was very rude and disrespectful. I need a email address or add one needs to call me ASAP.

      As other reviews have stated I also had a contract terminated and now Glibal Holdings has over 10k of my money. On December 4, 2024 they said a check would be mailed to me. Ive tried to get them on the phone and written them multiple times because sending a check more than 10k through the mail during the holidays using **** seems like a disaster waiting to happen. Ive asked that they refund the amount via transfer back into the account they have been drafting payments from for years now. No response to my email and no matter how hard I try to get them on the phone its impossible. Why is it so hard to get my money back? So frustrating!

      We originally signed ************************. Global Holdings managed the accounts for us as a third party. Never had any dealings with Global Holdings until Slate terminated our contract (due to some legal issues they (Slate) were involved in). We have been referred to Global Holdings to close our account and withdraw the remaining balance. Weve called them for 3-4 days consecutively. We have done the following several times (daily): 1) stayed on the line waiting for a representative only to be kicked off after 5-10 minutes. 2) left multiple messages for someone to call us back 3) requested to be placed in the queue and called back maintaining our place in line; these are all options offered with the automated answering service when calling in. We have also emailed and left messages with customer support online. There has been zero response or communication from Global Holdings. I understand there may be high call volume due to the situation with Slate, but any professional establishment would have made adjustments and made sure to contact people to let them know theyre interested in resolving the issues.We are very disappointed in the lack of response. If and when we make contact we will provide an update.

      They don't answer their phones, and there is no way to get your money back from them. They are scammers. believe every review!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

      I was a client of Level One Law, who is being sued by the government, and no longer represents me. I have been unable to reach ANYONE at Global holdings, and can only assume they are part of the scam. They have over $7,000.00 of my money, and I can't do anything with it to pay off my debt.

      So far I cannot get through to their customer service!!! I have over $4000 in an account that I can't not access except to deposit more money! I did a debt settlement with Greenstone legal group and they terminated my representation due to some kine of lawsuits.... I have been trying to get through to either company and so far it's like pulling teeth!! Im not rich and am kind of freaking out!!!! It's just not right!!! I should have just filed bankruptcy! I doesn't pay to do the right thing! I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else! Feeling super dicouraged.
