ArcLight Group: Managed IT Services & IT Support, Tulsa, OK
ArcLight Group is a Tulsa-based managed IT services provider. We help small and mid-sized businesses keep their technology secure, reliable and affordable. We can run a company’s IT entirely for a flat monthly fee. We can also work alongside an in-house IT team as co-managed support or as a virtual CIO.
We focus on preventing problems before they disrupt anyone’s work. We monitor around the clock, keep systems patched and maintained, and target a 15-minute response time. Critical issues get support 24/7/365. When a client calls, a real person answers and starts working on the problem right away.
Our services include:
-Managed and co-managed IT
-IT help desk
-Cybersecurity and the ArcLight Security Suite
-Data Fortress backup and disaster recovery
-Cloud and Microsoft 365
-Business phone systems
-IT consulting and vCIO strategy
-CMMC compliance for Department of Defense contractors
We serve healthcare, dental, manufacturing, banking and financial services, and small businesses across the Tulsa area. Today we maintain more than 2,000 endpoints for our clients.
We are SOC 2 Type 1 certified and hold a 99.3% customer satisfaction rating. We believe in transparent relationships. We won’t sell clients what they don’t need, we give every client a clear IT roadmap, and any client who is unhappy can reach our CEO with one click.
