    I purchased 2 of the 3/4 arcade cabinets. First purchased came damaged and I contacted GameRoomSolutions and they sent side panels within a week. Pretty happy with the customer service, was skeptical at first with the reviews. I think they have gotten better over time. Also shout out from the graphic design department, they customized my latest cab and it's nice. I would definitely going to use them once I make a pinball machine or a larger cabinet.

    I purchased a modded Arcade1up machine from a person who was downsizing and couldn't take the unit with him. He didn't provide too much in the way of instruction, and I needed/wanted a small modification of my own with regard to the joystick. Despite the fact that they weren't selling me anything, the customer service from the company was swift, provided me with videos and diagrams and were exceedingly helpful. They could have even got me to unnecessarily buy new joysticks, but sent me a video describing how to switch them myself from 8 to 4 way (I really only play the old games that require fewer options). I'm not sure why the reviews aren't better. The system is phenomenal, the customer service, as I said, was excellent, and I would honestly do business with them for every arcade need in the future. I'm glad to have had the experience.

    I purchased a custom Multi-player arcade cabinet with a ghostbusters theme art job that blows everyone away who visits my home. I own over 7 machines and I can honestly say this one is by far the best built of any of them. I highly recommend this company.

    I am very happy with my purchase and with this company. I bought a 2-player full-size complete bundle arcade. From my first inquiry (before I knew if I wanted to purchase or not) and ever since they have been so easy to work with. Emails are answered very quickly and the people I interacted with were very helpful. Shipping was very fast and I was pretty much blown away by how amazing the final product lookslike an old-time arcade machine but with the ability to play so many different games. This is a great product from some great people and I recommend them highly!
