I purchased a product from this company that has not operated properly from the date of receipt. The company is not doing anything to help me resolve the issue and is no longer responding to any of my communication attempts.Customer Answer

Absolutely terrible. False advertising to say the least. Sent multiple broken/missing/not completed parts out. Doesn't refund the correct amounts once items shipped back. Has informed countless voicemails and emails until legal action is threatened.Initial Complaint

On December 28th 2023, I purchased a custom built Arcade machine from ****************** for the amount of $1,149.49 the product was shipped to me and had a few broken parts. I have asked through email conversations numerous times for a replacement with no response. Many other people have complained on there reviews for the same treatment. All I want is my replacement parts. I bought it (New) I expect it to be new and not have broken parts is all.Customer Answer

I received the arcade back in October. There were damaged pieces, some were missing and they were not created properly. I got in touch with them via email. We were talking up until November 10th. They said they would be sending me the corrected parts and what was missing. After that I stopped getting replies and they never answered nor returned any of my phone calls. I have not been able to put this arcade together yet I have spent over $2000 with this company.Initial Complaint

I ordered a bunch of arcade mods from arcademodup but Gameroom solutions fill my order . They sent very quickly which was odd as they state 2-6 weeks build . Every item was broken , was not cut correctly or just did not work . On top of that it damaged my cab . I want the items I ordered working as stated by there site which is plug and okay not build or refund plus repair costs . Seems like a scam two companies but same obviously. It is insane that the BBB is choosing to ignore emails where Mr. ********* used profanity with me and my staff. Mr. ********* ignored instructions, used profanity with my staff and refused to return anything and is now telling lies on youtube and only making himself look ignorant. I have offered all the resolution I can. If Mr. ********* would return my product this would be over. He runs two businesses so he can rip off customers on both . I paid for a drop in plug and play mod which was not that . Not plug and play and not as advertised. He just can't take the fact every item he sent did not work snd did not send over half the order because back order im told after I paid . No time when those items in . He never offered a refund or for me to ship anything back . I do not want his broken non working items do he can have them . Oh that right he expects me to pay for that too. The fact is I ordered from one company but get from another. Everything was broken or not working . Nothing was as stated in website . Now he is complaining about YouTube ? Again I warned others about his fraud company and how horrible its products were and looked. Nothing fit , nothing worked so blames me . I got same mod done by s real modding company with zero issues and drop in plug and play. This company just fails snd lies then can't fix or expects you to pay more . Ordered a dartboard for my home in April of 2022. Received damaged, and sent back. Paid extra for a bigger model.... received damaged AGAIN!!! Had to "fix" it myself. The electronics don't work. Sent numerous upon numerous emails with pictures with damage, and how to get this to work. They ignore and refuse to reply and help. Again this has been going on since APRIL !!!!!! Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/03) */ We have rebuilt he unit, sent new parts, sent diagram. We have answered all his emails and REIMBURSED HIM MONEY HE FELT HE WAS OWED. I have done all I can. He will not return the unit and demands money. Again he will not return these items and has been compensated to the max. The customer has had this unit since April Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/08/04) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) 1- they DID NOT reimburse me ANY money. They were going to give me only $200 back AFTER they said I got the unit to work. Well it doesn't. 2- I've sent NUMEROUS emails with no reply. The most recent was 15 days AFTER I sent pictures of the units electronics (because it doesn't work) and their reply was "I'm done talking " 3- they NEVER said return the item. They actually told me they will not take it back because it's "custom". You want it back? Sure, send me packaging and cost to ship back, and I'll expect a full refund. They haven't done "all they can". The diagram they sent doesn't work. When I sent pictures on the set up (July 19th) no one responded for 15 days with "I'm done talking ". I have not received 1 penny back from theis company AFTER 2 damaged units, including this one that not only was it damaged again, but the unit does not work (electronics to the dartboard) Yes have had since April with no resolution on fixing it, and getting it to work. I shouldn't have to "fix" a damaged product and "fix" the electronics. Again I was NOT compensated at all for ANY of the issues I've had since April. Here are the pictures of this unit. I have not installed yet, but will and hopefully that works.
