1 starI want to report that Legal Shield is a scam company because they offer unverifiable discounts on legal services and only free consultations but advertise themselves as legal insurance. There is no benefit coverage, just these discounts which providers (law firms) can simply charge 25% higher than "discount" the consumer. People should know this is not legal insurance, but a premium discount service only.

They will work diligently to give you the right legal advice and actionable steps to take while strictly following our membership contract of benefits. We have systems and resources in place for members to notify us if they are not satisfied with the services provided. 1 starI switched my cell service from ******* to T-Mobile and couldnt get an itemized bill. I contact this firm right after Christmas and was told to make all these phone calls and wait for an itemized bill which I never received. I finally received one last week and it is too late to get my $600.00 from T-Mobile. Now in collections and he said to wait untill it gets to an attorney then we can settle then it can come off your credit report. I contacted Them in the first place, so this wouldnt happenLegalShield

1 starThey sent me to ***** ***** law firm with an attorney named **** who does not want to do her job. She was supposed to call me back on Monday after reviewing some lease documents. She still hasnt called. She blows people off. We were never on the same page whatsoever it was quite annoying. Do not recommend this company in *******. The one in ****** is much better. Gwens last name begins with a B and I dont know how to spell it.LegalShield
