      The attorneys I spoke with answered my questions about the legal paperwork I needed them to review and gave me good guidance on how to proceed and what to look out for. Additionally, the will questionaire and the ease with creating a will for our 18-year-old and modifying our current will were a great benefit to the Legal Shield membership. I highly recommend having this service and using it when needed to protect yourself and your family.

      IVE HAD LEGAL SHIELD FOR A WHILE BUT THEY ARE NOT THE BEST LAWYERS THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TELL YOU THEY FILED YOUR LANDLORD TENTANT CASE IN COURT AN HAS NOT I HAVE MORE CASES THEY HAVENTHELPED WITH I WANT A CASE REVIEW AN INVETIGATION

      If you need a barely competent lawyer to write a letter filled with spelling errors for you, then this service is perfect.If you need actual representation for a lawsuit, traffic tickets, or something similar, don't bother. This company claims they will represent you, but they will find a million reasons why they can't. They quite honestly should be investigated for fraud, and have a class-action lawsuit brought against them ironically. You'd be better off finding a public defender who wants to build their career and make a name for themselves. I got two traffic tickets, and they came back and told me they wouldn't cover me, because it doesn't affect my driving record (except it very clearly did/would have been 3 points on my license).They were happy to forward me to a local attorney for a "Discounted" rate, which was as discounted as a department store sale, where they jack up the price intentionally to say it's on sale. They are predatory and will bail on you when you actually need them. Stay far, far, far away if you need actual legal representation.

      The company advertises that membership can be canceled "at any time" and suggests that doing so is as simple as sending an email or making a phone call. I submitted my cancellation request via email on April 30, 2025, but received no response beyond automated replies. I followed up again by email on May 9, 2025, and still only received automated responses. On May 15, I discovered that they had continued to charge my account. I called their customer service and was told that cancellations take 15 days to process. According to them, my request was not processed until May 13, 2025, meaning my membership would remain active until at least May 28. When I asked for written documentation explaining this 15-day processing policy, they stated that it is an internal guideline and could not be shared. As of today, May 23, 2025, my membership is still active according to the app, and I have received no further communication confirming the status of my cancellation. Given these inconsistencies and the lack of transparency, I am sharing my personal experience to warn other people about their practice.
