      I first inquired about Timbercreek buildings through Facebook on Dec. 22, 2023. They were helpful and provided me pics of chicken coops. I was shopping around and never responded, but they messaged me back on December 29, 2023 to let me know that the prices would be going up after the 1st of the year if I was still interested.

      I decided to place an order for a chicken coop and a check for 1/2 down ($1,066.97) was mailed January 1, 2024 and cashed January 8, 2024. I was told the delivery would be 3-8 weeks.

      At the 8 week mark (week of Feb 19, 2024) I called to check on the status. The company said they were behind due to sickness and weather, but the projected build date was set for March 1st, 2024.

      I called on March 6 to see how the build was coming along, and they couldn’t even find my order! Now at this point I’m getting nervous that this is a scam! The rep (Lana) told me she was filling in for her sister (Sandy) but would call me back. She never called me back, but she called my husband the next day to say the building would be delivered 3/13 and someone would call the day before with a timeframe. I called at the end of the day 3/12 to get a timeframe. They didn’t have one and never called me back.

      On 3/13, the day the building was supposed to be delivered, I called multiple times, none of the office staff had any answers as to where my building was or when it would be delivered. I’m definitely feeling scammed at this point! Then when they finally answered around noon, I’m told the trailer broke down, and my building would not be delivered.

      The following week, (March 18th) I’m told that the wind is too high for delivery and an estimated delivery date could not be determined.

      I’ve called and spoke with Sandy multiple times, and she never has answers and always has to “speak with the owner”. This is now 13 weeks and I can not get a delivery date or even an estimate, only excuse after excuse.

      We ordered a shed from Timber Creek Structures in October of 2022 with a delivery date of 8 to 12 weeks . after December we have been calling them almost monthly to find out where our shed was and getting nothing but a run around. When somebody would answer the phone they would say we will have somebody call you back, which they never did. They took a deposit from us of $1,450 when we asked for our money back they said it would be 8 to 12 weeks. It is now been over a year and a half they have refused all return calls to us they have blocked us from texting them on their Facebook page. We would like our money back, that is all we asked for. No one answers the phone when we call. I do believe the Facebook page has been deleted for their company and we still have seen no deposit refunded from them.

      I ordered a shed on December 27, 2023 from their Liberty lot. I was told 3-8 weeks from time of order to delivery. Here I sit at week 11 (3/17/24) with no shed and no time frame. I called at week 10 and was told they haven’t started to build the shed yet. Then I’m told that they will call me back to give an update time frame. Nobody calls back with new information. I have to call them back every week just to get the same response. I just want the product I ordered. I had to pay 50% down to place the order and now I have no idea if I will ever receive my shed or if I will ever get my money back.

      I ordered a shed back in August of 2023 giving them a deposit of $2,500.00 with a 8-12 week delivery. After 15 weeks they said the build was running behind and they would inform soon of the new date. After many calls asking for the delivery date they said it would be Friday Dec 8th 2023. They day of delivery they called to tell me the door I ordered was not going to work and they offered a different door that I did not want or pay for. At that point the owner company told me he was going to cancel the order. At that time I demanded a refund of my deposit, and they told me it would be 8-12 weeks. I said that was not ok, but he said call my lawyer and hung up on **** waited 12 weeks and still no refund. I contacted them and they now said the first week of March. That day has come and gone and they are now not responding to **** am asking to have my refund asap as they have had my money for 7 months and I have had enough.

      I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I am concerned that they will follow thru as I have heard this before. I will wait till next week, and if I receive the money I will let this go.

      I talked to ******* the sales rep on the phone on 2/2/24. We went over the 12x 28 building to customize it to my needs. The end run ins were to be larger 12x 12 and the smaller tack shed.
      I was contacted on Feb 7th by a couple different people from Timber creek the windows were not going to fit were they were supposed to be. I agreed to have the windows put into the doors.
      I assumed this was due to me requesting a smaller tack room and larger stalls.
      When the building arrived on 2/9 the windows were much larger than in the picture of what I had selected. I still liked it. I liked the building itt’s self. As my husband and I were getting the run ins ready we didn’t feel it was 12 x 12 so we ended measuring it and they are only 9’7” so I texted ******* 2/10 told her. She immediately argued that is not what I ordered and just said they were coming to take the building back and I would be out what I already put into it. I received a call later that day from Lana Baldwin who claims to be the owners sister n law. I explained it to her and I told her I knew there was no way I ordered 10 foot run-ins when we get horses from the forestry service and the BLM and they requirements are 12 x 12 I was supposed to get the smaller tax shed with the larger run-ins, she said they would make the first couple payments to make it right payments due and they didn’t make it .

      I purchased a 7’ x 8’ ramp with my 16x20 building. Building was delivered, however the ramp was not on the truck. Driver told me to call the company. I emailed Tim, who informed me that they were too busy to make another trip down. He suggest I drive the 1 hour and 45 minutes and pick it up myself.

      I asked for a credit to the account. Was told to call the office which I did and left a message of my request. No returned call nor has a credit showed on my account.

      I ordered a 10 x 20 deck December 26, 2023 and it said delivery date 1 to 21 days it is 29 February ***************************************************** they have not returned my calls, and I wanna know whats going on

      Ordered shed from Keith 7/3/23. Told it would be 3-10 weeks. Paid in full, $3,922. (check attached) 3-10 weeks passed so I reached out. (notes attached)
      9/19 Called Keith to ask about shed. Told me to call the office, said he would also call them. Called office, no answer. Left message. Called again throughout the day, no one ever answered. Calls straight to voicemail. No one called.
      9/20 Spoke with lady in office (did not get her name - my fault) She said the shed was going to the line on 11/27. I was OK with this.
      11/25 Saturday - not expecting anyone to answer - I called to leave a message to confirm that the shed was going to the line on Monday.
      11/27 No one returned my call on Monday so I called them. Lady said it was on the floor, would be built this week, takes about a week, will keep me posted.
      12/18 Called to see why the shed didn't come; told will call me tomorrow with more info.
      12/19 no call.
      12/20 lady answered phone, will have secretary call me. Someone called later, they have no update, can I please call after the holidays.
      1/2/24 11:52 am lady answered, promised me a call back. No call. Called back, got the after hours message, left message, lady called, said quote: "I can put you on the for the 29th". I said OK.
      2/1 left message asking for call back.
      2/2 called at 10:30 am, left message; received call-shed is still on the line, will get a call between 3 -5 pm the day before delivery.
      2/16 lady answered, will have someone call me, no call, called again at 1:44pm, lady told me they are behind due to the holiday and weather (??) will call me back with an update - no call came; called Keith after that - he said he would let the boss know.
      2-18 Tried to reach via facebook, salesman said they will help "unless u k3ep (sic) on with this nonsense" (conversation attached for proof) - no call.
      2-20 called office, will have shed in 2 weeks or less
      2-28 HUSBAND got call, shed will be built 3/25, sorry for the delay
      I am done. It has been almost 9 months

      I bought a shed on 12-19-23. They told me over the phone that it would be delivered in 3 weeks. When I got there and paid for it they then changed to 3-10 weeks delivery. They told me that it would be delivered on February 22. I called on February 22 and she said she didn't know when it would be delivered. I have repeatedly called and have been told by the lady that she would talk to "him" and let me know if they have a delivery date. I never get a call back and now they are not answering the phone. I paid 1601.25 for the shed which was already there and built when I paid for it.

      Placed an order for a 8×16 deck. Payed a down of 99$. Was told to take my current porch down. I did so as asked. Everytime I've called for 2 month they've been giving me the run around. Now I've asked for my deposit back and the will not answer when I call or return my msgs. They owe my deposit back at the very least.
