      My husband and I purchased a run in shed from this company in October of 2023. It was supposed to be completed by December 18th. By February it was still not even started. We requested a refund in March of 2024. We still have not received a refund from this company and now they will not even return our phone calls.

      Middle of March paid timberlake structers in ****** **** 2024 1500 dollars to build a a shed for me 8 10 weeks deliverd.still have t received I get promises of 10 14 on June 10.as 25 by the end of june.as June 27 middle of july.tired of fighting beg please help me nothing I have

      Timber Creek Structures in ****. I ordered a chicken coop to be built and delivered on April 4 2024. Had not heard anything from them and found a better price ($1500 cash), so cancelled the first one, by phone, was told "no problem" and drove 2 hrs to the office in **** and gave them the cash. The sales rep I dealt with making this deal was *****. When we got to the office ***** was not there but on his way. ***** was in the office and he said $1500 was not a correct price and tried to charge me more. When ***** showed up he said yes, $1500 was the advertised and correct price. ***** did not believe him and made ***** call "the boss" which he did and was told (we could hear) yes $1500. I gave him the money, and was told it would be delivered within 2 weeks. Nothing. 2 weeks go by, I call *****, he says you have to call the main office, so I did. was told probably another 2 weeks. Then I get a call asking if I want both sheds delivered at the same time. I said I had cancelled the first one and was told it was cancelled. They claim no *** in the office spoke to me and they would have to check with "the boss" to cancel the order. Multiple calls to the main office, always answered by an answering service, no one can get me a delivery date or confirm that the first one was cancelled. I can't afford 2 coops. Today calling again for delivery date, was again told I have 2 sheds, and the one I paid cash for (and have a receipt marked 'paid in full') was actually $1800. At which point I hung up.

      Will refund your 1500 call office to cancel there is a 25 percent cancellations  U would of had your coop u tried to b dirty and went between 2 salespeople. And got caught.

      Spoke to *************************** at Timber Creek Structures on March 9th and purchased a 12x24 shed. We put $3,000.00 down payment in cash with a balance of $2100.00 due on delivery.We were told 4 to 6 weeks delivery. We've made several calls to ***** & the office of Timber Creek and keeps being told they'll put us on their list. We need some guidance on our next step.Thanks,***********************

      At the beginning of March 2024, I ordered a 10X20 pavilion from Timber Creek Structures. I was told they would deliver it to my home within 2 weeks when I was on-site. I ordered the pavilion over the phone with an employee who appeared distracted. She told me that she was at school and did not have the correct order form and was writing the order on paper. I heard nothing from them in March and contacted my salesperson in April. A different employee contacted me back and I identified that the person I ordered from had messed up my order, and had my entrance on the wrong side of the pavilion. I corrected the mistake and expected to hear about delivery within a week. I contacted the salesperson again and had her boss contact me, who explained that they were struggling to get trucks to deliver and that I would receive a call at the end of the week or the following week for delivery. At the end of May, I still did not receive my pavilion. I contacted them for the last time and explained that I would cancel my order and order with another company if I did not receive it the next week. No one responded and I did not receive anything.

      She paid zero dollars down and then started making rude comments. We have to get paying customers out first. We cancelled her order.

      Was told I would have my shed within a week of 4/10/2024 because I paid cash in full and it would be made a priority ********* was my salesperson and ***** was the person who promised my shed would be delivered within a week it has now been 7 weeks and they have a different excuse every time I talk to them as of why it isn't completed I talked to **** the truck driver he tells me his trucks broke down with something different every 3 days I have lots of texts and phone calls to these people with nothing being done please help me as I feel like I was robbed I also have hundreds of texts back and forth that can be provided as well

      I purchased a shed on February 27, 2024 that was a built repo shed sitting on the lot at Timber Creek Structures on ***************************. I paid cash and was told it would be delivered for free in 2 to 6 weeks. It is now May 14th, 2024 and I've called multiple times with the same run around and I have yet to receive my shed.

      On 11-6-23, I ordered and paid in full ******* for 1224 shed. Was suppose to be delivered Jan 1st 2024. The first time scheduled. Many others dates, but nothing ever came. We want a shed or we will be going too a lawyer. We will not play your "date" game again

      I ordered and paid 1/2 up front for a 8 x12 shed on Jan 8. They said 8-12 week delivery time. I have followed up multiple times and they keep saying it won’t be long. I am tired of there excuses. I want my refund. It was suppose to be 1/2 up from front and 1/2 when it’s delivered. This is horrible business .

      I purchased a shed cash $2000 from timber Creek structures on Baldwin Avenue. I dealt with the sales associate name Ralph I have called and left three different voicemails. I have emailed them and I have message Ralph twice. I’m getting no return phone calls. No the return email message said contact them tomorrow by phone, Ralph messaged me and told me they’re not in on weekends that they are only there during the weekday till 3 PM. Try them tomorrow I did I’m getting nothing. I also paid for $250 ramp to come with my shed. They told me 3 to 6 weeks. It is now going on and a half weeks and I can’t even get an answer back. I think I was scammed by reading all the other messages and that on the Better Business Bureau website.
