      Ordered a shed from Timber creek structures on 7-18-24 with a 12 week delivery time. I paid $1500 in full. Spoken to salesman Ralph 2x as he promises to return call same day and has not. I’ve called the office numerous times asking about shed and have been hung up on and/or not reaching anyone. I now see numerous poor reviews stating they’ve been scammed. I’d like the shed or money returned.

      Purchased 8x12 shed for Church April 15, 2024 was told we'd have it in 4-8 wks. It's been 5 months and we've have nothing no shed and no status of any delivery. Plus when I called to ask for a refund all I get is the runaround. So the church is waiting for $1,500.00 cash that we paid for the shed.
      We'd like whatever comes first delivery of our shed or a total refund.

      Paid up front 6938 for building on 3/23/24 contract said 3 to 6 weeks for delivery. It is now 10/8/24 still no date for delivery. For the last 2 weeks won't return my calls.

      I purchased a shed from this business on 05/04/2024, paid $2,000.00 cash. I was promised 6-10 weeks delivery and have yet to receive the product I paid for. It has now been 22 weeks and all emails and phone calls to business have gotten no where. I was even threatened that if I reported business to Attorney General, my order would go to the bottom of the pile! I have never received a call from business regarding my purchase or order status.

      I feel 22 weeks has been long enough, and would like my shed delivered immediately or my money back to purchase somewhere else.

      On January 19, 2024 we paid in full for a 12x40 garage to be delivered within 3-10 weeks. As we had to prepare a level spot for it once the ground was ready to work we were not concerned about such a long lead time. We received a call informing us that our shed was to be delivered during the week of June 24th. When I called to get a specific date as we were going on vacation, I was told that the delivery was canceled with no notice to us. When pressed for a day when the shed would be delivered, I was told after the 4th of July. That week came and went with no contact from Timber creek. When I called to ask about it on the 11th I was told that it would be the end of July as that was "after the 4th" . When asked why it was so far out when the personalized shed was already built as we had 2 prior delivery dates, I was told that it had yet to be built. I asked how long it takes to build a shed of my size (12×40) and his reply was 2 days. I was able to press him into giving me a firm date as we were going on vacation and needed to know when we could leave and was given July 29th for delivery. It is now October 1st and we have not heard from Timber Creek Structures. I have called twice the last week of September to get a delivery date and no return call. At this point we would like to get a full refund of the $7000 we paid.

      Ordered 2 prepaid sheds for $3000.00 on 4/18/24, was told 3 to 5 weeks for delivery. Contacted them several times after 5 weeks and was told next week several times and no sheds, just more excuses. Waited till 7/8/24 and cancelled my order and was told I would be contacted about my return and to date have not heard a thing from them. I did try to contact them about my refund and never received a answer from them.

      I bought and paid in full for the shed, I was told on fb when I responded to there sales add it would take 1-6 weeks, when I met up to sign the paper and give them a check I was told 4-12, but it still fit into my time frame. After not receiving any type of communication I started calling after 11 weeks, after 12 weeks had past they responded back in a text saying it would be delivered the week of 10-7-24, I am not waiting another 6 weeks past the due date and told them no just refund my money. They then sent a text saying it would be delivered the fallowing week. I have called there office 3 times this week and text the number back with no response.

      * signed contract on 5/20/24 for a shed to be built and delivered;
      * dropped off check for $1,500 (paid in full amount);
      * approx. delivery date: 3-12 weeks (as listed on contract);
      * staff person at Liberty Twp. location on Belmont Ave. said company will call 1 week before delivery to make sure we are ready to receive delivery and again the day before with the approximate time of delivery;
      * never received that call and now the 12 weeks have passed;
      * called company and they made an excuse for the delay;
      * I called back several times to confirm that at least the shed was built and if we are just waiting on the delivery;
      * company has not returned calls to date.

      On August 21, 2024 I purchased a 10x20 repo shed for ***** cash from Timber Creek structures. I found this shed because someone I know is affiliated with this company so I trusted her so I thought this was a legitimate company. I was told from *********************** that I could have the shed delivered on Friday. I told ***** that Im on vacation the following week and I was having gravel put down and would like it delivered that week. He said no problem he put approximately delivery date 4-10 weeks why for a repo thats on the lot ready to go. I called other companies and they said no way it should take that long for something that is on the lot. I called ***** and asked when its getting delivered and he said he would look into it and call me back no call.. I messaged **** and she told me the same thing.. I went down there yesterday and talked to a guy about getting the shed delivered and he said they dont handle that there that I was to call the office at Timbercreek ************. I called that number and she told me to contact ***** at the warehouse ************. I called ***** 3 times yesterday and get her answering service. They asked for my contact information and still havent heard anything. I want all of my money back. They want to keep 25% for a cancellation fee. I have read similar reviews and this is a on going thing with this company. Please help
