      Chicken coop Ordered 4/8/23
      With TERMS/an agreement stating that the coop was needed NO LATER than 5/20/23. The owner was called, approved the timeline, and there is documentation to support this. I paid $1000 (more than half) on that day 4/8/23 AFTER ensuring that the timeline could be met. I was very clear I would take my business elsewhere if the deadline would be a problem. They assured it wasn’t an issue. Heather my sales rep called me 5/01/23 to let me know my coop would arrive on time and actually asked if I’d be willing to receive it early, of course I was. Then nothing. I called several times 2 days prior to expected delivery and was told it actually wasn’t built…. I was told there was a holiday and that the owner was unable to be contacted. Upon asking for a refund I was told they were building it that day. Then nothing again. I reached out repeatedly and received no response. My husband called on a number they didn’t recognize and they answered on the first call. He then was told the owner wasn’t around so we couldn’t do anything (mind you it is now 5/22/23.) we have been ignored, given attitude, and gone through the ringer over this. At this point I just want my $1,000 back or my coop delivered asap. Someone has to be present at delivery and we have taken off work TWICE now for them to change their minds and ignore our attempts at communication.

      Ordered a garage in May2022, paid half down, contract stated 12-16weeks for delivery.
      It's now a year later and still haven't received the garage. Was told that shed would be delivered Nov 2022, nothing, then again told it would be done April 17 2023, and again nothing. No calls from the company, when I call, they only provide lies and excuses.

      This appears to be the company norm, of taking the money and not delivering the contracted building.

      I had placed an order for a 16x28 building on July 21 2022 and was told it would be here in 12 to 16 weeks. After the 13th week I called the company they said they still had 3 weeks left to start the order. I spoke to Keith and he assured me it would soon be started. I get a call from them in February of 23 and they said it would be here May 1st of 2023. I called my salesman’s and he stated he no longer works for the company. Left messages and calls are not being returned. I call now and it says their mailbox is full !! It’s been 10 MONTHS and I still have no idea what’s going on. They have HALF of my money and now I can’t get ahold of them.

      I purchased a 12 x 40 building on 02/26/22 and gave a deposit of $1003.30. I was told by the salesman (Keith) I would receive my building in 12 to 16 weeks, This was also written on my paperwork. Throughout 2022 I was given various reasons why I hadn't received it yet, In November, a lady in the office called and told me it would be delivered the week of Thanksgiving. In January, Keith called and told me it would be delivered the week of January 22nd. In March, Cheyanne from the office called and told me it would be delivered in "5 to 14 days". After nearly 15 months, I have yet to receive the building. At this point no one is answering the office phone and the voice mail box is full. I have also called the owner (Tim) and left messages, as well as emailed him and have never received any response.

      CAUTION ORDERING FROM HERE
      I ordered a 10x16 garden shed with a ramp May 1, 2022 OVER A YEAR AGO and in the contract we both signed and agreed upon it said 8-12 weeks. I knew it would be on the longer side because of “Covid” And the staffing/supply shortage which I was very understanding about since I’ma nurse and I know how the world has been.. I get it. But I’ve been being patiently waiting way too long and tired hearing excuses after excuses. After waiting forever and weathering the winter I was told February or March 2023 (already 36-40 weeks waiting) then that never happened. I called every month to get the same story of how they are behind because of Covid and shortage of builders etc. I paid $2159.22 down which was half the cost and I’m wondering if I’ll ever see that money or my shed again. At this point I’m feeling scammed and disgusted and also bad for anyone who is going to order a shed from this company while being told 8-12 weeks when there are people waiting over a year now. Today I filed this complaint and next is the attorney general of Ohio. This is terrible business. If you can’t deliver products within a certain timeframe then be HONEST AND STOP LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

      We ordered a garage on Feb 12,2022 and we have not received it yet. We put down half the money to be able to order it. It was supposed to take 12 weeks. They keep giving us excuses. And now they won't answer the phone when we call or return messages that have been left. All we want is a straight answer and to get our garage.

      We ordered a shed 16x24 in August of 2022 and put half of the money down, was told it would be ready in 10-12 weeks. Have been given numerous excuses why it still isnt ready and we are at the beginning of May 2023. I have called, emailed and sent messages through their Facebook page, and am getting no response! I do not want to seek legal counsel for this transaction, but am feeling that we are being scammed!!! This has been the worst experience!

      Purchased a custom order shed from Timber Creek Structures and paid in FULL on April 30th, 2022. Receipt showed approximate delivery date 8-15 weeks. In the meantime, had cement pad poured to spec to fit that exact shed that was quite pricey. Have made countless phone calls to only be lied to time after time. Was told in March that shed was built and having issues with delivery truck so deliveries were behind. Was told at the beginning of April (1 year later) that shed would be delivered in 14 days. Still no shed. Call at least 5 times a week and if I am lucky enough to have someone answer I am told lie after lie just to get me off the phone. I do not understand how a business can be run this way. On Tuesday, May 2nd, I demanded to speak to the owner Tim Dotson and was told that was not happening and they would call him to get the information I needed on my shed delivery date. Still waiting for a phone call back from that. This shed was PAID IN FULL on April 30th, 2022. It only took a week for my check to clear and here we are over a year later and still no shed. I have called every number listed that is out there. (FB, Social Media, Internet) and still cannot get someone to speak to me without making excuse after excuse. If you are considering purchasing a shed from this company you better find other resources and save yourself a lot of frustration, aggravation and money.

      On April 30,2022 I ordered a shed & paid for it in full. Per the receipt the delivery date was in **** weeks from purchase. That would put the delivery date sometime between end of June & mid July. I called ***** on 7/19/22, he said the order was sent to the builder on 7/13/22, & **** days to build. I called back on 8/15/22, ***** said they were 7 weeks out on their orders to call back 1st week of October. Called 9/30/22 ***** said call back 10/4/22. Called 10/12/22, 10/17/22 & 10/19/22 no answer. (Was calling ********************************** No answer by any left message for ******. Called all three numbers on 11/4/22 no answer left message for ******. Called all three numbers on 11/9/22. Left message for ******. Called ************** on 11/14/22 ****** said to call after Thanksgiving if she doesn't call me back. Called 12/14/22 no answer on ***** or ****** numbers. Called 12/16/22 ***** can't receive calls left message on Shyann number. ****** called back 15 minutes later & said hasn't gone to builder yet call back after the first of the year. Called Shyann 1/13/23 left message, ****** called back 15 minutes later said will call me back when delivery guy returns from **** I told her to add a free ramp to my shed purchase since I've waited almost a year. Called back 2/6/23 left message for ******. ****** called back on 2/8/23 said she'd talk to owner & call me back. A free ramp was on the paperwork. Called 2/14/23 left message for ******. Said she had to speak to owner & would call back. Called back 2/24/23 said delivery would be week of 4/17/23. Called 4/20/23 left message. Called back 4/21/23 left Shyann message called ***** said he'd find out if it's built & call back. Called ************** 4/28/23 left messages. called 5/2/23 left Shyann message.called *****, he said it's "imminent" on the order so being built or ready to deliver. 5/3/23 ****** called said only one delivery driver & shed is ready to deliver. It's been over a year I want my shed or money back.

      I purchased a shed in July 2022 and paid half of the money down. The paperwork stated it would take **** weeks. I have been given the runaround ever since. Dates given to me over the phone about when my shed would be completed have come and gone on multiple occasions. Phone calls of late haven't been returned.
