I am giving no stars at all. The man I am speaking about refused to give his name. I need to be contacted about a HIPPA violation, Direct disability discrimination, and client abandonment at this specific facility. The man at the front desk called 6 peoples insurance companies including my fathers on speaker phone (every patient in the waiting room could hear clearly) giving patients names birthdays and insurance numbers. While in the waiting room my father and I witnessed this man, **** at a different disabled patient stating if she cant stop moving her head like that, they wont be able to do x ray. The man at the front desk also spoke to another patient stating youre a big man, a line backer. What type of insurance do you have?. My father waited over a hour and a half from his scheduled appointment time when the man at the front desk came to him stating your insurance is taking to long to answer, you must call them when my father asked why must I call the man at the front desk stated just go, schedule somewhere else. At this point I approached the front desk (I am my fathers advocate/caretaker and I need clarification for his care) to ask why does my father need to reschedule? In response the man waved his hand and said go and never come back. My father and I proceeded to the exit while adjusting his ******. The man came from behind his desk in a very aggressive and threatening manner forcing us into corner . I feared for my father and I safety so I began to record. When I began recording he stoped his physical actions and began name calling cant walk, stupid, stinky and more inappropriate remarks. This is utterly unacceptable. The man at the front desk refused to give us his name and refused an explanation on why my father could not receive care.We have never experienced so much ableism, unprofessionalism, disrespect, and all around embarrassment.
