I received United healthcare through the government I went to the dentist in June of last year I had all my teeth removed and was approved for dentures through my medical this dentist office purposely made my dentures huge and refuses to refit me because they say I have to pay for it even though it's their mistake this is not the first time they've done this to people if you read the reviews they're horrible how is this place still open I don't know. United healthcare paid for a set of dentures that I cannot wear and they refuse to fix even though they messed them up they want me to pay for him out of pocket now I believe that's fraud. I encourage you to read the reviews online not the first two or three cuz they have their family members reviewing too look at the bad reviews and how many people like those bad reviews and agreed with it. I'm not sure what documents I could submit to prove this whatever I can I will if you let me know via email or phone I also found a complaint with United healthcare against the dental service they were supposed to investigate but I don't know what's being done.

This business is run like a scam operation. Fast talking Nigerian man trying to scam you into things you don’t understand. Without a X-ray or any work done. He’s insisting on a credit card for 3000 dollars to pull teeth and make dentures. Without speaking too insurance or anything. I said no and I would speak to my wife first and insurance. I said I would pay a partial payment to order dentures if I decided. He said he won’t order anything until I pay 1700.00 in cash (. preferably). That alone was a red flag. I had a tooth pulled. No X-ray was shown to me. X-ray tech could not get machine to work. But the Nigerian man made girl make a mold of my mouth. Twice she tried. They are not very good at all. The clay was everywhere on my face. Needless to say I left. Paid 145.00. For a tooth pull. And insurance was billed for the same procedure as well we’ve been told. Claims have been filed with dental board in Columbus. Claims filed at attorney general office. Now bbb claim filed. Nigerian man claims in a voice call threat to sue me because he claims he ordered dentures. Never agreed to this. Or would I let them pull the remaining teeth I have. Being on disability is hard enough. And to have a company like this is very scary and risky. ******* *******.

Good Afternoon, This is the first complaint letter we received with regards to this patient. Someone had called back in May to say it was sent to the wrong address and I gave the lady the updated address and our e mail address and she was supposed to send an email but we never received it.Please find attached the response i had sent to the Ohio Attorney Generals Office to which the case was closed. I really don't see what a person's country of origin or race has to do with any of this. Xrays were taken before any work was discussed or done.A copy of his xrays can be forwarded to you ,with his permission. All procedures were done with consent forms signed.Thank you.

He has previously gone to a different dental office before coming to ours. We did a prior authorization to his insurance company. We made the false teeth for him which he gave us the authorization for; however we have not billed his insurance company for the false teeth due to him not picking it up. He claims that we billed him and we want to see the proof of a bill and payment for the false teeth from him or the insurance company. We will send him to collection. However; from his responses we can infer that he does not like black people with an accent. His responses alludes to racism- (mentioning country of origin, etc...). We have done everything right but he has made several wrong allegations and characterizations by saying we did not take any X-rays, which is a necessity to even begin work.

For your information we have been in business for over 20 years and we operate three different Toldeo locations. We see patients from Northwest Ohio to Southeast Michigan; we are a reputable company and we see patients from the under-served community. We pride ourselves to do a high quality job for each and every one for our patients.

IN OUR PREVIOUS RESPONSE he needs to give us permission for us to send the X-rays and other documents to you, which will prove that we did the right thing. We will proceed with collections process next month for the false teeth that we have made for him. Please call me at 419-382-8888 if you have any questions.

Absolutely a lie.  I never went to another dentist.  I was thrown in a seat by a fast talking Nigeria man. The man wanted my credit card before they even looked at my tooth. He wanted the card now. I said no and all I want is this tooth pulled today. I do want to discuss the cost of pulling all teeth and dentures. He said he would need 1700 dollars before he ordered anything.  That was conversation. I will call our attorney. I’m not letting this die. It amazes me you can’t call and speak to the people. Not everyone is computer friendly at our age. I will proof the wrong doing this dentist office is doing.

Definition dental.     This response is a fabrication of lies. Never was at a different dental office. Never gave the Nigerian man in office permission for anything but the one tooth they pulled.  In fact this man insisted on taking my credit card and running it for 1700 .00 dollar to order dentures. I said no and I would check with wife and insurance co. I also wanted to know what insurance was paying out and what I was responsible for.  He insisted on bring the money. Preferably cash.  He was perfectly clear nothing was getting ordered until he was paid. I left very sceptic of him and the entire office. A shamble to say the least.  He or someone in their office ordered by mistake.   Now he’s trying to force me to take action because their office screwed up.  Not going to happen. ******* *******.
