5 starsI have never found a better company than Summit Racing. The speed at which they ship the parts I order far exceeds all other companies out there including amazon and their bs 2 day shipping. I ordered the wrong parts and when I called customer service to exchange them for the correct parts they said they would get them shipped right away. They had the parts shipped before I even got a chance to package the return parts. If I put in an order in the evening they will have it shipped before morning. Prices are always close to other stores and quality is always great. Thank you Summit for the superior service and fast shipping.Summit Racing Equipment

1 starPlaced order for summit racing intercooler PN ******. Item came in a clearly water damaged box, inside shipping box. No water damage outside. This means it left the warehouse in this shape! This is aluminum and it even has rust? How is that possible. It is painted as well when the description says it is not. So many issues and customer satifaction/ service has been awful. We spend a ton of money there through our shop as well! Is that how summit does business? Contacted summit to return. Return authorized but I have no box to ship this back in, (water samage) Call back later and request a replacement, (I'll just ship the old in the new box.) They won't even ship a replacement? "We can't do that". I have done business with summit for many years but this will be the last.Summit Racing Equipment

1 star2nd set of summit racing headers. Both the same, the drivers side is not bent enough to slide in exhaust pipe. Sent in 2 questions and 1 review but none was posted. They will refund but a lot of work install and remove. They said it has a 4.3 rating so it must be ok. Just admit the problem instead they say they may need modification which would be a job to do plus look like c*** on my classic truck. I bet the one in their show room doesn't have this problem.Summit Racing Equipment

1 starYou really should have workers that know what they are talking about when someone comes in asking if parts will fit their vehicle. 1500 is not the same as a 2500..... You don't tell someone its an exact fit and guarantee it just to get the sale. Then to take it to a paint shop to have it painted to match the vehicle to find it doesn't fit. Called and spoke to Smokey who said I can get a refund on the hood only but not the paint job I paid for. Then spoke to **** who is supposed to be a manager and had nothing to say, I even had to ask if he was still there. Tried to blame the Paint Shop for not confirming before painting. The paint shop was hired to do Summit's job and sell the correct part. Their job was to paint and that is what they did. Now out the money of the part, the paint cost and still no part for the vehicle. Instead of taking accountability for the worker who assured the fit or as a company in general, they want to throw the blame on everyone else.Summit Racing Equipment

We apologize for any issues with your the hood you ordered from us. We do not cover any labor, incidental or consequential costs that may be incurred due to an issue with an item ordered from us. While we do try to be as accurate as possible when selling parts, we always recommend test fitting and confirming fitment on an item prior to painting or modifying it, as that is the industry norm. While our policy states we do not accept returns on items that have been modified. Our records show you did speak with our service staff and considering the circumstances we did agree to accept a return on the hood and refund you on it.Review fromMario R

1 starThey need to do better about shipping, is not the first time I order items and you pay for 2 day or overnight delivery and they don't send the packages on time for the package to be deliver on time for what you pay and they promise when you order. Order #******* order was placed on 11/13/2024 and it was supposed to be delivered on 11/15/2024 but it was not sent on time and now the expected delivery is 11/18/2024. Save your money on paying for faster delivery or find another company that honors it.Summit Racing Equipment

I do NOT care what you print if you DO NOT tell the customer & just charge them an extra 15 dollars to process the order it is WRONG. When presenting a customer with a bill you must tell them off all charges & what they are for...Review fromDavid G

5 starsSummit is the absolute very best place to get the parts you need when restoring and repairing your automobile not only do they have stock items but also have loads of hi performance and up graded parts to make your car better than new ! Best of all at Summit when you call to talk to a employee you will have the pleasure of talking to some of the most informed and kind and polite people on the planet, its always truly a pleasure every time I give Summit a call ! On top of that they always have the best price and if you see it for less they match the price ! Now that is service ! And that is why I truly, Highly recommend Summit and their crew ! I have been a loyal customer for many years and I am very thank full for the many times they have helped me with restoring my seven vehicles ***** trucks, 3 Blazers 2 long beds and 1 short bed and my MGB convertible. 1 starAfter a few very good experiences with Summit, I ordered stainless brake lines for my 1997 Chevrolet K2500 pickup. The lines Summit sent me were not even close, and the package said they were for a 1988 Suburban. The error is 100 percent Summit's fault, as I ordered from their web site and I certainly didn't specify a 1998 Suburban (having never owned one).Summit did process a return, but kept $11.99 of the money I sent them. Since this was their error, they should have refunded the entire amount.LMC Truck sent the correct lines; I should have ordered from them in the first place. Their price was $15 higher than Summit's, but then again Summit is into me for $11.99 plus the hassle of a return.They say one "oh, cr@p" wipes out 100 "attaboys." This is a BIG "oh, cr@p" on Summit's part.And, Summit: Please don't bother responding unless there's an $11.99 refund on the way.Summit Racing Equipment

According to the information listed directly on our website, this only fits particular 1981-1987 GM truck and SUV models. You then summitted a return via our website on 9/25/24. The item was then returned to us on 10/1/24 and we issued a refund the same day back to the original purchase method. Since your original order total was under $109, there was an $11.99 handling fee billed on it as shown on our website at the time you placed your order. While normally that is a non-refundable fee as stated in our policies, as a one-time consideration we will go ahead and refund you on that as well. 1 starBought a break booster kit said and still says it comes with brake pedal extenders.But was told they didn't after I received them .the first guy was nice sent me a whole new kit and was told to take out what I needed., but when it come no rods.called back was told it don't come with them and said they had fixed the problem.the guy never apologized and was rude.
