      This company uses scam tactics. I took a service from them in Feb 2023 for "Firewall security" for $772.36 using a credit card. This was for one year protection. On Oct 31,2023 I was told that the one year service would be renewed for $4800.00 to be charged to my credit card. When I called to complain and cancel the renewal I was told the the $772.36 was only a transaction fee and I still owed a service fee for the protection from Feb. to Oct which was $2000.00 It would be billed to my credit card or I could send a check. i agreed to the check. NONE of the information about the service fee was told to me or sent in writing when I agreed to the service. I was led to believe that the $772.36 was the fee for the year. This is like a bait and switch operation and should be stopped.
