- Since almost all of our work is service oriented non-tangible goods, no exchanges can be offered. Services provided are typically by an hourly or small project rate. For hourly work no refunds will be offered. For small projects it is common to have payments at milestones. Payments that have covered work through a milestone will not be refunded. If a milestone has not been met at the time of disengagement it is policy that Estelnet Computing work with the customer to come to a reasonable amicable resolution.
