  The contractor was able to retrieve data from an external hard drive that failed with most of the data being recovered. The contractor was able to complete the service sooner than what was anticipated. I was happy with the quality of service and good performance.

  Worst. Ever. Avoid at all costs. Not only the horrible service, but the complete lack of communication - weeks and weeks of non-responses to emails, so then i call, get promised an update, yet none ever comes - and the process repeats. And here now, MONTHS after having sent my drive, i still cannot get it back - even tho they told me it was unrecoverable, and that they would be shipping it back. This surely is not even a real company/service-provider, but an outsourcing middle-man - and are surely looking just t snag big corporate accounts, who have serious and critical failures and recovery issues - a little guy like me, re a failed external hard-drive? Meh - Would never ever recommend - BEWARE! You wont get your property back, nor will you have any peace-of-mind re any updates or communication, waiting and wondering week after week.

  Had a great experience working with ***************************. Made the process seamless and set expectations from the first call. Service is a bit pricey, but worth every ***** to recover important and expensive files from a desktop SSD.

  I had a hard drive fail with a years worth of digital paintings. This is a big deal and a lot of work was represented on that hard drive. I should have been more diligent about backing it up, but uploading to the cloud is a slow process for large files and I got behind. Terrible excuse, I know. Thankfully, ***** and the team at Secure Data Recovery were helpful and professional and I'm back in business. Would absolutely recommend!

  About a month ago, I found myself with a damaged laptop and was told by one company that the chances of me getting the information off the hard drive were slim to none. Considering that I have years' worth of information (and photos of my kids) on my laptop this assessment of data recovery was unacceptable. I started to look online for data recovery services and happened upon Secure Data Recover Services. When I contacted them to get details of how the recovery would work and what kind of price range, I spoke with ***********************. *** put my mind at ease that the chances were good that they could get back the data and that they would not do any work until I approved it. After sending in my hard drive, *** kept in touch with me on a weekly basis to give me status updates which put my mind at ease. In the end, my data was recovered and I now have back all of my precious pictures...and data. Val and Secure Data Recovery Services were a Godsend and I am forever grateful.

He keeps you updated on progress. He is always happy to help. ************* is like a breath of fresh air. A rose amongst the tech weeds- in a world full of incompetent people whose dialect you cant understand. He is clear, well spoken, precise, consistent and goes above and beyond. He should probably receive a significant raise, and be raised up to a high managerial or regional position, and celebrated as the best employee to ***** the tech industry.   Last week, I discovered that the Seagate external hard drive where I stored 15 years of family and vacation photos had died. After a quick ****** search, I found Secure Data Recovery Services. Within two minutes of me completing the web form (not an exaggeration!), *************************** called me to discuss my situation and I opted for expedited service. Five minutes later, ***** sent me a label so that I could overnight my drive to Secure Data Recovery Services. The next morning, ***** called me with a diagnostic update. And today, less than a week after I started this process, I have my files back. I had forgotten than customer service this fantastic even exists. While I hope to never lose so much data again, I know who to turn to if I do. Thank you, ***** and the **** team!
