      DRS recovered 90% of the data on my failed hard drive at a reasonable price. The service rep **** was great to work with. Definitely 5 stars.

      I was originally introduced to Secure Data through ************. They suggested I call them when my external hard drive crashed. From there, ************************* walked me through the process of filing a claim and getting my data back 4 weeks faster than when promised. Constant communication and understanding the process made this whole process a lot easier. Very quick turn-around on my recovery. Years worth of my kids pictures back to my family and I. Thank you ****** and Secure Data. Worth every dime!!!

      I have to say that I read all of the positive reviews about ************* Recovery and found them to be accurate. ****, was extremely helpful and responsive. They were able to get all of my data for me and at a cost that was acceptable. My friend who is an IT manager in a large company recommended them to me because of his good experience with them.       I am so happy to know that my 90%of my documents have been recovered. I have been developing training for Early Childcare professionals for over ten years ( I know I should have saved them in the cloud). I was so nervous, thinking that my information was gone. ******* was professional and worked with me by answering all of my questions during the recovery process.       I had an issue with not being able to extract data from my laptop that was damaged. The drive was sent to Secure Data to try to address the recovery. Unfortunately the drive was damaged and not able to have the data extracted. Unfortunate. The staff member I was working with was *********************. What a professional. He really tried to have his team extract the data but no one able to even after contacting the manufacturer of the drive. In any event, **** and the team at Secure Data was an absolute pleasure to work with.

      Can't recommend them enough. My account manager, **** ****** kept me informed all along the way. He was instrumental in getting me a better price than first told. They paid both overnight freight both ways and. They saved me TB's of data that just cannot be replaced.

      My macbook died 2 days after I was cleaning up a harddrive, 50+ gb of data gone. Did some research and found securedata, and ****** was fantastic, we spoke on the phone with the issues happening. I went to their drop of facility and sent it over. Within a week I got a diagnostic and after paying the estimate, got the data recovered within 2 weeks. Great communications via email and turn around time!!! Thanks Secure Data and ******!!!
