      DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! A family member of mine bought windows and had them installed! They are horrible and they done a lot of damage to her trim around the windows with alot more damage! I do not recommend! She has contacted them and they do not wish to fix their mess up! She needs her money back! I have hundreds of pics but obviously you cant post pics with your review!!!

      I made a huge mistake using this company. It's been over a year. I paid for 15 windows and am still waiting for 2 sashes for one of the windows, promised me by **** ******. ******* ******* is supposed to be area supervisor. NEVER returned my calls or emails. ONLY time I got her to respond is when I stopped payments; then I got excuses about her medical ************* crew would come late and leave early because one of the guys had to take his child back and forth to school, so 3-4 work days. 3 day job took 3 weeks. Last time here, installer had his girlfriend waiting in the car for him for several hours. I would NEVER use this company again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.

      Met with *** from the ***************** for a consultation/quote. He was very professional and presented a custom design based on our needs. He throughly went over the product showing us samples. Quote process was straightforward and reasonable for the expectations.

      I have contacted Patio Enclosures (Great Day Improvements) 5 times, 3 phone calls and twice by using their website service form. No response from 2 of those and the 3 times they did respond, they told me someone would be contacting me in 1-2 business days. I was never contacted. I have a 22 year old 3 season wall installed by Patio Enclosures, the sliding patio door no longer opens easily and I was asking them if they could fix the door. the 3rd time I called, I even told them they could answer me with a simple yes or no. I never heard back, not a word. Terrible PR, terrible customer service!The wall installed by the original owners of Patio Enclosures has served me well for 22 years, quality built, still looks good. Unfortunately, Patio Enclosures is now owned by someone else and I think they are using Patio Enclosures past good reputation to sell their product. The new owners obviously do not care about the customer.

      ***** and ******* did a wonderful job enclosing our patio with glass walls. They were efficient, professional and very nice - two of the best contractor employees we have ever seen. They cleaned everything, including washing the windows. Top notch product and top notch workers.We couldnt be happier with our new patio *****************

      I worked with Great Day Improvements on a quote for a project under their Patio Enclosures umbrella. They were 1 of 5 quotes I received for my project. They were the only company to send a pushy salesman to my home, rather than an experienced contractor, and their quote came in at more than $100,000 over the other quotes we'd received. I mentioned to the salesman, *** ********, multiple times that this would need to be reviewed by my husband before decisions were made, but he continued to try and pressure me to sign anyway. He recounted stories of purchasing expensive cars without his wife's consent or other lavish purchases and how she always came around in the end as a way of encouraging me to sign on the dotted line. I was being polite, as I could not belive how much higher the quote was than the other companies we'd been working with, and upon following up with Patio Enclosures to see if their product really was just that much more special than everything else out there, I never received a response. Stay far, far away from this company as they overprice their product and utilize high pressure (and frankly, gross) sales tactics to get people to sign who don't know any better.

      The work done by the patio enclosure installers, ***** and ****** was outstanding. They far exceeded my expectations. They encountered some unknown difficulties and handled all of them well. They did things to make the installation better than it couldve been. All materials used and the final installation Looks terrific. Patio enclosures are fortunate to have these two people working for them. I would rate patio enclosures and all of their personnel I had contact with as outstanding.
