Where do I start? Overpriced. Delayed installation. Ordered in April, they installed in December after failing to deliver the correct materials THREE times. Three deliveries of windows that were the wrong size, one in June, one in September, and one in December. They started the second installation by cutting screens and leaving them for three months before returning. Even then, there was a screen the incorrect size, left busted trim, and one window that won't slide. It's now April, and they have yet to finish this job. Meanwhile, the line of credit with GreenSky is fully withdrawn. In other words, GD (not a pun) has been paid for this shoddy and unprofessional work. I've had contact with three different schedulers. Four installers. And others. They all promised me I'd get a refund due to their shoddy work. No word yet despite promises. Not a single promise kept in 12 months (aside from taking my money from the line of credit). Run away.Great Day Improvements, LLC

The issues I describe have very little to do with what I believe are well meaning individuals who are providing services and recovery promises. Its not personal. Its the overall system of order to manufacture to delivery to installation that is broken. It seems that its mot a priority of management to create a company that keeps promises. Each interaction includes stories of others whose project is a mess and employees who have resigned or were fired. Employees on the front line seem to be left with the blowback.Review fromCherie R

My fianc and I cant stop raving about the professionalism, drive, energy, and knowledge shown from **** during our sunroom/solarium consultation in *****************, *****************, a few weeks ago. **** made the experience very memorable and personal. We shared stories about our growing families and it really made the overall experience of talking to him very pleasant. **** is so knowledgeable. We look forward to working with **** and the Patio Enclosures company very soon! From start to finish (almost finishjust a door handle to go), the experience with Patio Enclosures has been great! They came out promptly to assess the project, immediately came up with figures, got materials quickly, and scheduled the building as soon as possible. *********** answered all questions about the project, during the project, quickly and kept the whole project moving. **** and his team did a great job! One of the worse experiences I've had with a business. We signed a contract for an Enclosure in Dec 2024, we were told the install would happen in Feb2025. The instill team came out with the wrong glass but installed it anyone and one large piece of glass was missing so they installed a big piece of plastic which allows water to leak into the Sunroom. Then we were told the new glass would be installed Apr 2025 and we received a call saying they would arrive on the 3rd around 10am. No one showed up and every number I would call for customer service goes straight to voicemail and no one returns your call for days. I don't understand how they charge so much money but do mediocre work with terrible customer service. If you're looking at getting a Sunroom or windows, please do not use this business, it's not worth the headache.Great Day Improvements, LLC

We sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. You're absolutely right to expect better communication and follow-through. Unfortunately, we did not notify you when the replacement glass failed to arrive as scheduled last week, and that was a miss on our part. We now expect the remaining glass to be in our warehouse this week, and we'll reach out to schedule installation. We've also addressed this internally with management and will be working closely with our new operations administrator to ensure issues like this are caught and communicated moving forward. We payed for them to come close our nation since October of 2024 now we on April 2025 we still haven't get anything done. Communication is ****, very unprofessional. Got a design and a quote from Patio Enclosures *************** of Great Day). They required a down payment of 1/3 total cost. After three weeks, Patio Enclosures informed me that they could not build as designed and offered an alternate design for our enclosure. We do not care for the redesign and cancelled our order. Patio Enclosures has not refunded all of our deposit and says they are not going to, because of the three-day buyers remorse clause in the contract. However, we ace cancelling because of the design change suggested by their company, not by some action on our part, a change they did not tell us about until three weeks after their original design. I have repeatedly asked for the total amount to be refunded and Patio Enclosures, including their Regional Operations Manager, has refused to refund the total amount for the initial down payment.Great Day Improvements, LLC

While we regret that the original design could not be built as initially planned, we did offer a modified solution to move forward. When that option was declined, we informed you that canceling at that stage would result in a partial retention of the deposit, as outlined in the contract. Once again: ************ told me TEN DAYS after the original contract (which I agreed to), that the enclosure could not be built the way it was designed. I never agreed to nor signed off on the change they proposed, as it was not acceptable to us. So yes, the original contract gives three days for "buyers remorse" (which is the law), but the company waited TEN days before notifying me. And still they are refusing to refund $1850 of my original down payment (made by ********* financing.) Seems rather unscrupulous to me to wait until after the three days has passed, then notify me that they cannot build as proposed and would be keeping some of the down payment for "their" troubles.
