1 starThis company makes a ton of promises without actually providing any product. They take a down payment then expect you to get so frustrated with the process that you cancel the contract and then they refuse to give back your deposit. Its a complete scam of a company.Great Day Improvements, LLC

We have been in communication with the family multiple times since they signed their contract. During the review process, it became clear that the project design would require several revisions in order to meet the communitys permitting requirements. ************* is known for a particularly lengthy and complex permitting process, often taking 1012 months due to multiple board reviews and design adjustments. Throughout this process, we provided guidance and updates to the homeowners regarding potential design changes, costs, and timeline implications. Despite our ongoing efforts and communication, they ultimately decided not to move forward with the project. An agreement was reached regarding the work and efforts completed up to that point, which the homeowners acknowledged and signed off on. At no point was any deposit withheld unfairly; the funds retained reflect the work performed and resources expended in good faith to meet permitting and design requirements. We regret that the project could not proceed as planned and remain committed to transparent communication and professional service for all our clients. Thank you.- The Great Day Improvements TeamO. That is completely false and I have the phone and email records showing a complete lack of response for months. When they finally responded months later they apologized for the lack of communication. 5 starsWe are very happy with the professionalism of the men who worked on our patio enclosure. They were meticulous with their work, and cleaned up daily at the end of the work day. ****, the ******* on our job, and his crew of 3-4 guys on any given day showed their expertise. 5 starsThe patio enclosure covered screened porch is wonderful. The installation team, ***** and ****, did a fantastic job, and it is for them and the product that I give a 5 star rating. I was not as satisfied with the Denver sales and administrative staff at Great Day improvements, who were terrible at managing customer expectations. The contract I signed for my porch on November 2, 2024 stated that work would start approximately 6-8 weeks from the date of the contract, but it was 11 months later when construction finally started. It took 6 months to just to get the building permit submitted. In hindsight, I believe the term 'work' referred to the design and CAD diagrams for the the building permit, not the actual construction. However this was not clear in the contract or in the sales pitch, or in my many phone calls to the office for a status report. When construction finally did start in mid September, 2025, the Great Day Improvements manager, ******, told me the construction would be done in 3 days, but in actuality it was 2 weeks. Fortunately, ***** and **** were honest about the time frame, and since by that time I was use to the faulty expectations set by the manager, I was not surprised by the time frame. However, the long delay before the start of construction caused me a lot of anxiety.Great Day Improvements, LLC

1 starLove the room, but service is horrible! Our roof is leaking in multiple places and a window seal has failed. I reached out starting in June 2025. Finally after leaving several messages at different numbers, I received a text on 1 August stating that they were 6 plus weeks out and we were placed on the schedule. We are currently at 12 weeks and I am back where I started. No replies from text or phone messages. Do not recommend! I am only giving them 1 star because it wont allow me to give them ZERO which is what this company deserves!Great Day Improvements, LLC

1 starAfter requesting more than half of the Job installation money as deposit, took them more than three months to complete the job. After many complaints about the poor quality of the job, they finally sent someone to finish it. Our complaints were ignored for months. They never addressed them. I thought they were sending a supervisor to inspect the poor job done but it never happened. I kept ignoring their bill and even called the office again. Left messages and sent emails. Of course they waited a whole year to take action knowing they were wrong. I am very disappointed with this company.Great Day Improvements, LLC

1 starDO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! A family member of mine bought windows and had them installed! They are horrible and they done a lot of damage to her trim around the windows with alot more damage! I do not recommend! She has contacted them and they do not wish to fix their mess up! She needs her money back! I have hundreds of pics but obviously you cant post pics with your review!!!Great Day Improvements, LLC

We understand your frustration with how long this has taken. Your installation was completed last month as outlined in your contract. When you requested the * wall be updated to match the A wall, we agreed on the upgrade and the associated cost, which required ordering new material. All current units are installed, fully functioning, and looking good.
