      KI and their ANTS!! can go jump in a lake!! Don't waste your money on their overrated park costs and their disappointing experiences.

      The worker at Monster made me go to the side and let the group behind me go first. My group didnt have many people as I was a single rider. She made me wait about 2-3 minutes for the ride to stop which was kinda upsetting since I couldve just gotten right on. The worker was wearing somewhat round sunglasses and a claw clip.

      Not happy with my experience at all and will not be returning to Kings Island or renewing both of my gold passes due to my experience today. I have been a gold pass member for the past year. I decided to spend $95 extra for 2 people that $200. Just to be told that the fast pass doesn’t work in the water park and that is extremely disappointing. Considering the fact that we didn’t even have time to visit the actual park because we were too busy waiting in 2+hr lines instead at soak city. Just wished they were loyal to their customers.

      After purchasing a 2023 season pass the park make a drastic decision the first week of grand opening to change their policy, based on issues that have gone on for years! Kids under the age of 14 have to be chaperoned by an adult 21 years of age or older. This prevents my 19 year old from being able to take my 14 year old to the park. Punishing folks who abide by the rules is unacceptable. The folks who break the rules, line jump and fight should be escorted out of the park and have their passes deactivated.
      Kings island staff have been nothing but rude, they refuse to issue refunds and they refuse to issue a discounted or complimentary chaperone pass.
      An extreme change such as this, during the first week of opening is nothing short of theft by deception when you are impacting families who can no longer utilize their passes as they would have. This is very poor business practice.

      My family and I had a very nice time at the park, however one lady ruined our night. She was a game operator at one of the ball toss games giving away stuffed sonic and elves. I call the game operator, (who has like a dark burgundy colored hair, crooked teeth, and acted like she was high on something) Ma’am purely out of habit and she snapped back at me saying” don’t call me ma’am, I’m young enough to be your daughter.” I thought this was uncalled for and very rude. First of all, I said it out of habit and I paid to play the game! No need for her rude behavior. I was not mean to that woman at all. She looked 26 and no way could ne young enough to be my daughter… her attitude really makes all the employees look bad. I understand businesses are short staffed but people like that should not be working in customer service
