1 starChanged terms and service agreement mid season and what was promised as part of Gold pass is no longer included. They could have made this a new 2026 policy...instead they lost a family of 6 customers whom spent over 2k between passes/food dining perks/drink perks plus all the extras we bought that was not included in our pass and dining packages. Hope you lose a ton of money KI/Paramount/6flagsReview fromJenni B

1 starOur day started on a frustrating and costly note that impacted the rest of our visit. I purchased three Fast Lane passes in advance through the website at $109 each. While navigating the site, there was no clear link, prompt, or bundle option showing how to purchase admission or that it was required separately. If I had seen that I could buy Fast Lane alone for $109 or a bundled G.A. + Fast Lane for $110, the choice would have been obvious. Instead, I had to jump between sections of the site to piece together what we needed, which was especially difficult on mobile. Given that most web traffic comes from phones, a smoother and more intuitive user experience should be standard. When we arrived, we were told our Fast Lane passes didnt include admission and had to pay another $150. Though we used a *** discount, it was an unexpected cost and a blow after careful planning. When I asked ************** for clarity, the supervisor, ******, was dismissive and rude. I wasnt trying to game the systemjust trying to understand why key options arent clearly presented to guests. The process left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. For a brand built on hospitality, the current site design and guest interaction fell far short.Review fromRa-Chelle V

1 starMy 17 year old son went on Saturday, Nov 2nd and paid $99 to get in. I didn't know this until I picked him up that night. The website says $44.99, when I contacted them I was told it was dynamic pricing and was correct. Had we known it was cheaper online, we could've bought his ticket ahead of time. This is just an easy way for a big corporation to make money off teenagers that don't know any better.Review fromRichard G

1 starI was double charged for the FUNPIX (that by the way; not one single picture was taken) (so I was charged for a service and product I never received. I was also double charged for parking. (I was over charged $130)Then (my 11-year-old son who is afraid of coasters was too big to ride most of the rides in snoopy land and any rides that he was able and willing to ride in the adult area was closed and this mainly includes the water rides. We got there at 11 am and left seriously mad at just past 3 pm.I purchased the food packages and was unable to get water as a choice( only coke products)and it was 100 degrees outside with no shade and no way of cooling off. There were several employees that were rather rude. (Lets not mention the young lady (your employee) that hit me in the face.)The finally of why me and my son left was because after searching for 30 minutes in desperation for shade and or a cooler location. We went to a pizzeria at the front entrance of the park and outside of the restaurant there were tables with umbrellas at them. I did notice that not one umbrella was up to provide a shaded seat for anyone, but I figured that perhaps they hadnt been put up by mistake; so, I put the umbrella up to try to get my son and I some relief. All the sudden while we were eating our dinner; this girl comes out of the pizzeria and scolds me for putting the umbrella up. (I tried to explain to her that it is horribly hot and there was simply no escape from the heat and ***). She then smarts off and says that she does not want them up. She then reaches up while we are seated and drops the heavy umbrella down and the umbrella smacks me in the face. I grabbed my nose to check if the skin had been peeled off. She then storms off to the next table without apology and does the exact same thing to the couple with young children next to us.My son and I then got up and tossed our meals in the trash and left the park because I was very angry and afraid of my mouth.Review fromMark B.

1 starI checked price online today it said 34.99 after 4 PM. When I got to the park they said they could not honor purchases at the gate for online prices. I then checked online the price was 54.99. I also had two gold members with me it didn't help at all. I had a total of 6 guests. I ended up paying the 54.99 for four people. False advertisement. As I walked up to the gate I was stopped and asked for my ID by the front line security. When a bunch of other people were not asked. Harassment. Also as I was waiting in line for the face off. I was asked to move into another spot in line.Review fromJennifer G

1 starKings Island made my 14 year old kid walk out of the park with no shoes in wet socks in the winter! His shoes were stolen or mixed up by another persons and even though the other shoes were not claimed and they said they would give him another pair of shoes to walk in, they would not let him have any shoes because they were not his. So a brand new pair of custom made shoes given to him by his brother yesterday for Christmas were taken only after an hour of being there and they did nothing including not giving a refund, free ice skating, nothing. Sad world we live in! There are no lockers for your shoes so BEWARE!Review fromMae B

1 starShould be 0 stars. My family and I drove over 10 hours between us to spend the weekend at kings island. We all purchased gold pass and fast passes for Saturday September 23. There is a total of 6 of us. We got these passes 2 months in advance. We get there get ready togo in and they tell us we can’t unless we purchase an extra 100.00 ticket for the day. Mind you we have all spent around 400.00 why would it even let us purchase these tickets if the park is technically closed to anyone other than ******. We even purchased a cabin with them. I have been to many many parks and when we go to purchase tickets if there is a black out date for any reason it will not let you purchase. So why would there’s. What a way to treat out of town guest i mean it was nice to offer us a day ticket for an extra 100 each. They wouldn’t refund us for our purchase of the gold passes or fast passes because we have used the gold pass.Review fromKelsey H

1 starWe were baited and switch for our tickets. We are out of town visitors. We paid for fast pass and for what we thought was the day. When we arrived we found that they were having a private event through ******. We called immediately because they wouldn’t let us in through the gates. Their calendar never showed the park formally being closed from 11-7pm just that The Halloween event was posted from 7-12. We paid $135 for fast passes that we can’t use for the whole day. We paid for the Halloween tickets since we wanted to be part of this event. When we called the rep we spoke to was mildly ****** at us for not understanding their misleading calendar. She just kept repeating the same statements about how it was our fault for not knowing about this event that was listed. The only place it showed was when we arrived the day off on the offices billboard. I want my money back. It’s not like we can just show back up. The lack of compassion on the part of the company and the lack of transparency is why I believe that we were wronged. I don’t expect much from this review since you’re not even accredited. 1 starMy son and his family returned back home to vacation with my wife and I. We decided to do Kings Island for a day. I wished now I would have looked at the reviews of the park before we purchased tickets. What we thought would be a fun day, turned into a very disappointing and horrible day. When we first arrived at the park, we went to pickup the drink refill cups, after receiving the cups we had a hard time being able to get close to the refill stations due to bees, flies and bugs swarming around all the refilling stations. I noticed the bees and flies crawling up inside the refill spouts. As we filled the cups we noticed a bee or fly which ended up in our drinks. After this we gave up on the refill drinks, this was just not a healthy situation. When walking over to the rides we had to watch where we were stepping due to food and drink spills, I never did see anyone clean up the spills. There were several rides shut down and a booths closed through out the park. For lunch our family went for pizza and salads, the pizza was cold and didnt taste good the salads were not fresh, we picked out black pieces of lettuce. When we confronted the employees at the pizza place they were rude and offensive. The tables were not cleaned and the trash cans full. Our food was so bad we trashed it. We also noticed how dirty the restrooms were. As a family we had all of Kings Island we could stand so we headed for the main entrance. As we got closer to the main entrance we noticed the guest services building on the left. Three members from our family met with a man and a lady supervisor from guest services. As we informed them of the bad experiences we had at Kings Island we quickly realized they have heard this before and could have cared less. As we saw this was just a waste of time we left the park. Kings Island already had our money. WOWwhat a bad experience. I told my son this all stems back to poor management and supervision. Needless to say we will not be going back to Kings I
