We will be taking legal action against Fleet Response. Take 5's negligence caused almost $7k in repairs that I've been fighting for over a month to get approved through FleetResponse. Take5 even admitted fault and they are still challenging it, despite having multiple photos and assessments by the dealer supporting what happened. Response time is a joke and no one answers the phone or returns calls.

Take 5 - destroyed my son's car, admitted it, and is trying to lowball the repairs. I have emailed daily requests to them to come to the table and adjust the settlement offer. So far zero response. They are trying to replace a perfectly good engine (prior to taking it in for an oil change) with an LKQ engine which is basically a junkyard salvaged engine. I would not recommend their company to anyone. I am simply asking for the repair costs, but now am waiting...and waiting. I put one start, because it would not let me put zero!

Received an email originally from them in April 2025 from a rental car from **** in Dec. 2024, 4 months later. I tried to contact and spoke to someone 1 time. I explained that the Regional Manager cleared me of damages because their app wasnt working to record any damages. I let the garage attendant know about the damages, showed her and she said I was good they were all recorded. They and they said theyd review it. I even called Sixt again to complain and they told me per the notes in their system, I am not responsible for th e damages that I Did NOT cause. They then continued to send multiple harassing and threatening emails and letters to me. Asking me to send a check immediately. I tried to calm them multiple times, left multiple messages and nobody ever responded again. Each time I get something from them its, a different person sending the email or letter. I received a letter in the last week, threatening to have the state of ** suspend my license. At this point they are harassing me. I want it o stop and if it doesnt, I will file a harassment lawsuit. Im sure, based on the other reviews on here alone, we could start up quite the class action for harassment. Fleet Response, call Sixt and ask them for the items that state that I am not response for BS damages. They have it written in the computer. Ive contacted them myself and confirmed so.

Response time is weeks not days. Each email takes about 1 or 2 weeks for a response, and my claim handler seems to forget every detail of my claim with each correspondence. I constantly have to repeat previous information and wait long times for payments. If I had a choice for another insurance provider I would gladly select another service, but this was provided by TireRack.

I have attempted to contact ****** ***** by email and phone no less than 5 times via each method. Each time requesting a call back. No call back ever received. Bogus letter received with demands for cash payment or a "negotiated lower payment" if paid on demand. No back up for the claim. This is unbelievable and feels like an absolute scam, WATCH OUT

Fleet Response is a subrogator for SIXT car rental company. They send demand letters for payments to damaged cars. These letters say if you have questions, contact ***** they wont answer or return callsall while sending letter after letter demanding and threatening to ask your state to suspend your license and threatening to turn the case over to their lawyers and collections. Their MO is to demand and threaten while leaving you with only two options, pay the demand or risk them collecting against you, Since they refuse to respond to your inquiries.

11/19/24 Fleet Response was supposed to approve Claim# ******* by Subrogation Specialist: ********* for damage to driver sidestep board on Range Rover Autobiography. I have had 4 interactions via email with Fleet Response, company has yet to approve next steps to repair my vehicle. It's now 1/29/25 two month and a half, I called 1800 number, operator transferred to ********* extension to leave message. while transferring the phone system announces, "voice mail for this extension is disabled". Customer service deserves less than one star, I would not recommend this company for any services for the future.....I AM STILL WAITING FOR CLAIM TO BE PROCESSED!!!

A check was issued to customer in December of 2024 for damages listed on the estimate he submitted. Text message was sent to customer on 12/20/24 to advise payment was issued. Customer has not contacted us to advise that check was not received; we were made aware by our client. Assigned *** reached out to customer via email on 1/29/25 to confirm customer's mailing address so that a ***lacement check can be issued. I have also requested that assigned *** reach out to customer by phone to do the same.

I have reviewed the notes in the claim file, and I agree with Mr. ******* about the lack of communication. I will address this with the file handler. I do, however, see a note in the claim documenting a conversation between one of my team members and Mr. ****** on 1/9; however, Mr. ******* was not available to speak with us at that time and would call back. Unknown if customer attempted to call back.

I took my car through Take 5 Oil about a month ago and the company damaged my engine. I was reached out to a ***resentative through Fleet Response about my situation through email and provided the pictures/documents that was needed. After providing that information, there has not been no response back on my claim, no updatesnothing. I continuously left voicemails and emails to the *** and the supervisor and there has not been anything. At this point I will be contacting my attorney due to negligence.

Mr. ****** appears to have spoken with a Take5 Team member in our office earlier today. That person explained that Fleet Response has not yet received the requested photos needed to complete a liability investigation. Once needed documents are received, a claim review can be completed and an update provided to Mr. *******
