      Our technician from Eco today was ***** *. He just left after replace/install of two kitchen faucets and two toilets, replacing a few worn shut-off valves as well. Our older (1954) home often presents peculiar challenges, and this was no exception, but he was efficient, resourceful, friendly and professional. He cleaned up the areas and removed all (except boxes, which we recycle). Thanks for the great job.

      ******* from Eco Plumbers helped us with our annual AC checkup. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He fixed a minor leak with my humidifier unit and answered questions I had about our refrigerant performance in our AC. I would gladly have Spencer back for additional maintenance or service!

      We have been customers of Eco for about a year and have never had such great service and professionalism from any other service industry business. ****** ***** was dispatched to our home at the beginning of this week to investigate and hopefully mitigate a problem we were having with our water temperature. After emailing us to give us his arrival time (he was right on time!), he introduced himself and discussed the reason for the service call to ensure he had the pertinent information. He shared the steps he was going to take, and off he went. At each step, ****** told us what and why he was doing that particular step. This has come to be almost an expectation when we call on Eco for help. After completing his evaluation of the problem, he shared what would need to be done to fix the issue. After we agreed on what needed to be done, ****** went to his truck to enter the information into his tablet and to create a work order and invoice. The following day, ****** returned and completed the work to our satisfaction and sincere appreciation. He saved us money and did an incredible job as all Eco professionals do. If you have an issue with your plumbing, electric, or HVAC, call Eco!!
