1 starI saw a$139 HVAC tune up and cleaning special advertisement on their website and booked it. When the tech got here late he said he only had it listed as cooling only and if I wanted furnace checked also, it would be $139 also for a total of $278. I showed him the website and he said that he would honor it but would not be able to complete both today because he was off at 6pm. They showed up at 5pm when I scheduled between the hours of 12-4. They did communicate they would be late. I sent him away because I can't trust someone that tried to charge more than advertised. I also screenshot the ad but this doesn't support pics.

5 starsMy experience with Eco was great, my plumber fixed the issue, inspected my entire home and flushed my hot water tank all in a single day. He could of easily just left and called it a day after fixing the drainage issue but instead he went above and beyond and taught me home maintenance tips too!
