1 starI'm submitting this review so other people looking for a qualified and reliable plumber won't make the same mistake I made.Ive had constant problems with Eco Plumbers. They are extremely unreliable and unbelievably overpriced. The technicians lack the reliability to be called professional plumbers, because they made too many SIMPLE mistakes.I spent over $2,700 on inept services provided by Eco Plumbers (overpriced). They installed 3 shut-off valves (purchased from Eco Plumbers). I also had Eco Plumbers install two flush kits (fill valve, flush valve, etc.) for my toilets and a faucet that I purchased, and Ive had constant problems. To resolve my issues, I talked to an Eco Plumbers representative. The representative said Eco Plumbers would reimburse me around $300.00 and give me an Eco Plumbers membership. I told the representative that the resolution from Eco Plumbers was unsatisfactory. I spent over $2,700 on services that werent worth $2,700 or $2,400, and I didnt trust Eco Plumbers enough to want their membership.Soon after I talked to the representative, I received a message from Eco Plumbers stating that I have an Eco Plumbers membership. When I received the message, it was obvious the representative wasnt paying attention to me or didnt care what I was saying. So, I cancelled the membership via my telephone conversation with an Eco Plumbers representative. Eco Plumbers cant be trusted. Their services lack quality, and theyre overpriced. I cant even trust their representatives to pay attention while Im trying to resolve legitimate complaints.

5 starsI had yet another good experience with Eco Plumbers today. Skilier was out with the camera showing me the condition of my main drain that was successfully unclogged and cleaned out last week. He gave me great options and was patient with my decision making on how I wanted to move forward with the repair of the pipe/drain. His kind, professional, and understanding attitude was very appreciated. 2 starsJust like to say the support staff pleasant to deal with the technicians have been professional, friendly, and very helpful. However, Ive had several occasions where appointments have been scheduled and no one has showed up and Ive had to reschedule. Most recently I purchased a brand new furnace on March 11. I was told I would receive an air purifier system for free with the new purchase. It was not given to the technicians to install the day that came to put in the furnace. Separate appointment was scheduled to have the purifier installed. Nobody showed up or called. A second appointment was scheduled for the same thing and again nobody showed up or called. An hour after they were scheduled I had a message saying they could come later that afternoon or the following morning. I did not accept that at the time because like the other appointments I had to take time off of work and I was not going to do that again just to be stood up. They need to fix their scheduling system because this is no way to run a business and it is extremely frustrating, especially after Ive spent thousands of dollars with this company, including joining their membership program I will not be renewing my membership if this is how they treat their customers.Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

1 starI've used Eco Plumbers for years and have been happy with them. That has changed. Now they are charging outrageous prices and scamming customers. Plus in calling to discuss their pricing policies the person answering the phone did not know their policies, said I could not talk to a manager about it, could not talk to the tech who did the work, or talk to the CEO. I sent an email to the CEO with no response.If you ****** "what is the cost to replace a toilet seal" it comes up with a sponsored ad for Eco Plumbers for $59. They told my ignorant daughter who did not know any better the price changed to $455. We paid them when they then told her it needed $300 more work.These people have become thieves and refuse to talk to their good customers post sale. 5 starsA company that stands behind there pledge to be upfront and honest. The price guarantee is exactly that a GUARANTEE! Today ***** was out to replace my electric water heater with a brand new gas one. We went thru the project he listened to what I was asking for and made some great suggestions. After I signed off on the paperwork he went right to work, about an hour into it was realized that the water heater we picked was not going to work correctly and I needed a different model along with a other part to complete the job. ***** explained the situation and I really thought , oh boy here comes the upsell, But that wasn't the case at all he left to go get the other water heater and the blower needed, came back and busted his **** to get it all done. He finally finished up at 7:15pm. A long day indeed. You got a good man there ECO! But most of all thanks for sticking to your pledge. 1 starWe had a representative from ECO Plumbing come to our home today to try to sell us a heating and air conditioning bundle. We did not buy from him and on his way out he told us he needed to get home to his wife as she has covid!!! I am 78 y/o and very prone to anything contagious! I have been ill for over a year now! I am more likely than not to get covid! I am livid knowing this will no doubt be my demise!WHY!? would any company send someone out to make a sales pitch who has covid in their home!WHY?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
