      ***** ***** was great! I had a garage drain that was backed up and called Eco for their $93 special. They let me know when he was on his way, and he arrived on time. He was courteous, professional and experienced. He explained everything he was going to do. He got my drain unclogged, and I was extremely grateful for his help. Plus he was a very nice guy. Id definitely use Eco again. They were awesome!

      This company came out and tried to convince my wife that we needed a $400 part for our air conditioner and that he conveniently had one "in the truck". I had the company we have a service agreement come out an hour later and they said it was perfectly fine. Eco Plumbers also took apart our unit without permission and didn't bother to put it back together. All calls have gone unanswered. Terrible company.

      I had a hot water tank that needed fixed. I was sold a system check up package which left me with an AC system that no longer works unless i paid $1600+. I declined the repair as i honestly feel they damaged the system. Since the installation of the insanely overpriced hot water tank, there have been 3 additional service calls (since Nov 2024). The first call was the day after the installation. I still have no hot water. ECO came out and determined it was an electrical issue. It was fixed in fairly short order. The next service call was for water in the pan under the hot water tank. I was told this was to be expected due to it not being used enough. Water was also found on floor outside of pan. I was advised to turn the temperature down so that you could only have a warm shower. He did correct the location of the discharge pipe from the initial install so that it would be discharged in the pan under the tank and not on the edge of the pan. The next call was again for no hot water. They promptly came out and were unable to fix this issue as it was an electrical issue. The wire connection to the tank was burnt. They called the ECO electrician who diagnosed the issue as an incorrect wire from the cutoff switch to the tank. ECO did not install this wire but should have corrected it on the initial installation, but it was not. He did correct the issue promptly. To ECO's credit, they responded promptly to each call. My problem is that I spent a ridiculous amount, $3200, for a hot water tank. Yes, i was a sucker but needed it done due to people coming to stay for the holiday. The least they could do is try to do a competent job initially. In hindsight, that was not the case. They seem to send out the experienced people initially for the sale and then send the inexperienced for the work. I am still without a working AC system and will use a different company to fix as i have no faith in ECO. That is just my impression, though. I would recommend avoiding ECO at all costs.
