5 starsMy husband & I have been Eco Plumbers members for years. After something was dropped in one of our toilets, we called. We had a plumber here in two hours, he fixed the problem, and because there were no replacements needed, we didn’t have to pay! Eco Plumbers are excellent, provide prompt & competent service, have managers who offer not just support but continuous training to employees. Without membership, there is a door cost like everyone else. The membership saved us $80 today. Their hourly rate is a bit higher than some, but because technicians are well-trained, their time at a job is typically less. We can’t recommend them enough.

5 starsOur kitchen sink backed up about 9:30am and I called Eco and they said a service Teck would call before arriving and in 25 minutes or sooner he came and was polite, kept me informed what he would do, wore bootees, brought in a new cable machine and had it cleaned out in good time. He had me sign an I pad receipt, and I will call them for our electric problem next week. He was very aware of making sure not to leave a mess and gave options on the cost of repair. 1 starMy **/furnace started leaking water and puddling on the floor. Initial phone service was great (********), and ***** was out within the hour. However, what ***** reported to Eco and what he told me were 2 very different things. After 90 minutes and lots of tests, I was told the reason for the leak was a dirty filter that was put in backward. It was pressing against the condenser, not allowing it to "breathe". He replaced the filter with one we had on hand. I asked AT LEAST three times if this was really what was causing the issue - a backward filter. He assured me it was, but that he had some other recommendations since the ** was over 15 years old. He took his time explaining his recommendations, the cost, and said to call them if I wanted to move forward with any of these to "make the unit run more efficiently". NO WHERE did he say I needed to do either of these recommendations to stop the leaking that he said he already fixed. He said he checked for clogs, leaks, and ran a diagnostic check. He graded our system a "B" and told me everything looked good. An hour after he left, the puddling resumed. **************** took a nosedive from here out - from being put on hold for over 12 minutes, being told someone would call me "whenever they are available" to the 3rd ****** telling me that ***** reported that I needed to move forward with the recommendations to fix the leaking issue ($9000 fix!). At this point, I don't even know what recommendation to go with since he said it was fixed, and his recommendations were only to make it more efficient. So now, after 90 minutes, positive diagnostics and $129, I'm told "sorry, that is not what was reported" and that I needed to shell out almost $9000 to stop the leaking. On top of this, I am leaving out of town and we are expecting mid-90 temps over the next few days, so I can't just turn it off, so puddling will happen while I am away from the house. **************** - do not do business with them.Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

5 starsWe had 2 different plumbers come in and discovered a major problem with a leak under our house. They were efficient, explained how to fix the problem helped with financing such a large issue. 5 starsI can only speak for my technician this morning he was amazing very knowledgeable about his field of work friendly and polite we felt very comfortable check the furnace and central air conditioner unit.
