5 stars**** ****** did an excellent job. He and the person he was with were friendly and knowledgeable. The electrical issue in our home was resolved quickly. I am very happy that they both did a great job and that the cost to fix the problem was fair.

5 stars***** was really amazing, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He really helped me to understand and see what my plans were as a customer for the home. **** me financing options and was patient. Took his time to answer my questions and to explain in detail. 5 starsThe 2 people that came were amazing. I went with them because they provided a free estimate and they had a special that made it $93 to snake the drain. Somehow the clog must have fixed itself because they didn't have to snake the drain. They left it up to us and they were not pushy about it. I didn't have to pay anything which is extremely surprising! This is what the invoice said:Upon arrival we ran water for at least 20 minutes, flushed toilet 15+ times, ran basement shower and laundry sink as well.The line drained all of the water without backing up.While filling up the laundry sink to simulate a load of laundry, the pipe came apart underneath the sink and leaked a lot of water onto the floor.This is because the pipe was barely fastened onto the bottom of the sink and we did not disturb it at all.I was able to resecure the pipe to the bottom of the sink, but the pipe is barely long enough to reach it and I recommended to the customer getting a longer piece of tubular to make sure its fully ********** of now everything is draining as it should, I believe they had a soft clog that loosened up on its own.I let them know to call back if they need any help hooking up the new pipes under the sink or if the line clogs.SUB-TOTAL $0.00Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

5 starsI have had great experiences with most of the Eco employees. They have worked with me when there were issues and even given me credits. ***** is my electrician. Awesome guy. Does a great job at reasonable rates. Bek has been my plumber. Nice guy and thorough with the jobs, Dayvon is my HVAC guy. Very thorough and makes sure things work right.I have had ceiling lights, ceiling fan, outlets, new dryer wiring, new breaker wired for fridge, moved dryer wiring and more.I have a new furnace. Its had multiple issues. Multiple thermostats were bad. All the visits to fix issues were free.Had ice maker line that was leaking fixed. There was an issue that job caused but the company reached out many times to try and resolve. Had new water line installed. New pipes for dishwasher. New water lines for washer. New toilet.I would highly recommend this company. My only issue in the last few weeks I am not receiving return calls from managers. Receptionist claims ******** and ****** reached out to me since I called them about an issue on 7/3/25. That is not true and I have still not heard back. My electrician ***** had his GM call me. He had never gotten a message to call me. Something is off with the scheduling people getting the message to managers.Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

1 starPlease do not ever in life use this company for anything!!! Eventually you will be very disappointed!! They are very nice and manipulative in the beginning but once they break something or the work is not done properly they want to charge you again on top of my the warranty you already have. They broke a line in my main drain and never let me know the risk until they broke the line. And then wanted to charge me again on top of the warranty I already have on this particular line. My basement continues to get flooded with p*** and they won't even call the city to pull permit so that the city can dig up and see if the blockage is on their side. They told me they are not willing to do anything about it. I guess because they manipulated me and didn't tell me the risk. To save yourself from having to call the news stations, file complaints with the city DO NOT USE ECO!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians
