    I have issues getting a hold of the property manager Tabby. She is rude and disrespectful. No one ever answers the phones except on the maintenance line. I have been threatened by a group of juveniles in the apartment building on multiple occasions. I emailed Tabby, and the issues still continues.. The constant bullying from the kids affects my mental health. I want to move as soon as possible.. Tabby says I have to pay 2 months rent to move, I absolutely refuse to do that after all the issues that I have been having at this complex. I am on a fixed income and have limited money right now due to not being employed.

    Property manager explained  the buy out process. As far as the harassment goes there are two sides to this dispute. We have to listen to both sides. 

    Property management was able to contact one of the accused offender parents and the son does not live there. 

    We have advised the tenants to reach out to the police, so we have evidence of any issues that occur. 

    We have addressed the issue like we promised to.

    my rights as a tenant have been violated. The stress that the bullying affects my mental health and I feel like I should be able to move without having to pay money. So my complaint has not been resolved. Thanks!

    I have been trying to get ahold of the property manager Tabby (Tabitha) all week, and she refuses to call me back or answer any of my emails. I have sent 3 emails this week, and left several voice messages, and she has not responded to any of my attempts to contact her. I'm trying to contact her because I got a job in Kettering and I am trying to move closer to work. She has no consideration that right now I am on a fixed income and can't afford to pay 2 months rent to break my lease, However, I have a friend that is willing to take over my lease so I can move. Can't do anything if she doesn't get back to me.

    Our procedure for someone to take over your lease is that they must fill out the application and be approved as any other tenant applying to live with us and with the application take over your lease.  A customer service representative can help him with this process it does not have to be the manager.

    We have talked to him today to explain the process and what needs to happen to make this happen.
