  They are horrible and do not work with you and just want more and more money from you havent lived there in 2 years and they are still charging

  Past tenant **** ******** moved in to one of our properties on 4/8/2021, and moved out on 9/2/2022 due to eviction, based on company records. **** is not currently being charged, but she does have a past due balance from her occupancy. Judgment order was granted on 4/27/2023 which accrues interest. The past tenant may be referring to the interest as the current charges. **** called in on 2/9/2024 and someone from our collections team advised her of this information.
  In Summary, **** is not currently being charged rent, and we have worked with her. We have a judgment, a breakdown of charges and proof of all charges being accurate and valid could be provided with permission of the past tenant releasing the info.

  Worst company ever all they do is steal people's money for rental applications and wait till hundreds of people are waiting on one house and profit all the fees but one . They lie and raise the rent after you look at a property and fill out a application. I'll probably be homeless because of their greed

  Tenant first applied to rent with us 10/10 with expectations of being in a home by 10/20. All information needs to be send in for all applicants before we can approve amount. Fees are charged to run checks, there is nothing gained for us on that. We have a FAQ we direct all before applying to one of our homes. ************************ What are your rental requirements?" Applications are valid for a year.

  Terrible company with horrible employees. Will enter your house without warning, will steal from you, leave you vulnerable to other criminals, will scream and cuss you out when trying to get answers, will lie to you about anything and everything. Horrible customer service, Roxanne screaming profanities at me as I try and get an answer is disgustingly rude. Involved in a lot a scams too, can't believe this is a legitimate company. Stay far away them and there other name of *** rents or *** *** ********* Rentals. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

  24 hour notices are ALWAYS texted and posted for entry of any of our homes for service. We try to work around tenants schedule for all work orders this cannot always happen and we need to complete work orders submitted in a timely manner. All phone calls are recorded for management review- none found to confirm that accusation. Cooperation with our technicians is always needed and appreciated.

  They keep trying to get money from us,everyday they come up with something us to try and charge us with,But nothing that they trying to charge us with is in the lease,and they won't fix anything,and their very rude,their money hungry as ****.if I knew how it was going to be renting from them I sure would of rented from someone else,they have made our lives a living hell,please stear clear from them aka bb Rentals is their other name.save yourself the hassle.

  Nothing additional has been added to tenants account that was not signed for in the lease agreement. Seems they actually received a check in the mail for a refund of some sort. No response was given as to whether or not they received the check when we inquired.

  These people are awful do not rent from them! They put us in a home that is falling apart plumbing is shot and they’ve charged us for the plumbing costs. Said they fixed it and still needs fixed. They never answer your calls you can never speak to an actual landlord they are awful. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE
