      I have been with *** for a while now and I initially left because they sold me on the home warranty perks. That lead into the electric and gas needing to be added as well. I called to report my central air unit failed and it was needing to be replaced. That ended in me not getting my central air fixed. Mind you I had been paying for a year at that point and I should have definitely been covered. After I left I had multiple people knocking on my door DAILY!!!! I finally spoke to one of them and he told me I could call about the central air unit again if I signed up again. Even though I had to try and fix it myself nothing would be a problem. After days of calling and stopping by I caved and decided to try it out. So now I am stuck in this contract and still cant get my ac unit fixed. This morning while I was at work I get three back to back phone calls from ****** **** mind you my daughter is at band camp and I immediately thought something was wrong with her with how many phone calls I got from these people. Once I answered he started to tell me about my igs plan and how I need to make a payment to them. ARE YOU KIDDING!!!! Is it even legal to call that many times within the same minute?! I gave him a piece of my mind and hung up!!! The level of fear I had for my daughter in that moment and to find out its some impatient ***** who wants to sell something and get me back as a customer. DONT EVEN ANSWER THE DOOR TO THE PEOPLE!!! Terrible business!

      My kitchen sink was clogged and I paid $100 for a service request through IGS (my home warranty). IGS sent Harmony ******** to our house and they said they couldnt unclog it. They stated that they needed to cut the line and they needed the approval from IGS (home warranty). *** informed us that they couldnt cover any additional repairs. Harmony ******** said they could use one of their bigger snakes to unclog our sink for $275. They said if that didnt work, they would cut the line and that would be an additional $975. We of course knew that was a scam so we didnt pursue that. If you have any plumbing needs DO NOT USE ********** disappointed with my home warranty (IGS) because they changed their coverage and I didnt receive any notification. Additionally, they sent a contractor that tried to take advantage of us (Harmony ********) and they didnt resolve our ********* Plumbers fixed the clog for $93. I highly recommend them. They were quick and professional. Thank you ******* *.

      They keep sending me different numbers for my cancellation fee. Even though when they came to my door they didn't tell me of them. one person is telling me 298 and a another is telling me 198 that's a hundred dollar difference. then they called and the representative was laughing when I picked up my phone cut out then they started emailing me. Mind you it was all in the same day. They originally told me they where just here with my gas company and where checking meter.

      A representative came to our house one day and, while I almost never fall for gimmicky sales tactics, he happened to be at the right place at the right time, because our township had just passed a confusing law with a new energy supplier and I thought he was a representative for them. I immediately looked up reviews of this company and I am glad I did, because they have an atrocious record from everybody that isn't a bot. Just be aware, if you signed with them, read the terms and conditions, because federal law allows you 3 days to cancel with them before being charged any termination fees (and yes, they will charge them from what I understand). In my state of ****, they let you have 7 days to cancel. If you signed and it is past that time, I am truly sorry. The only positive thing I can state about this company is that it was at least relatively easy to cancel with them. Do not believe the A+ this company has with the BBB.

      MISREPRENSATION!! I was told my bill would decrease and it doubled. Only one month and told now you have to pay ***** cancelation fee for each account (3) Already paid twice what i should. Scamming money from people is shameful. Just told "it was in the contract" Never was it told in person. Don't be tricked in to their actions.

      Had an *** representative show up at my doorstep telling me they were part of *** and had upgrades for my plan to save me money. Found out eventually when I tried to sign up with a different provider what *** actually was, and noticed they lied because the rate they gave me is more expensive than the basic ************ Got hit was a $149 termination fee I didn't know about, so had to sign back up to get it reversed. The reversal process has been utterly crappy. It took them months to refund me, leading to late fee charges because they told me to pay everything but the $149. Then, they only sent half of it at a time. It's completely messed with my electric billing and it has been a major inconvenience to spend over an hour on the phone every month with both AEP and IGS because IGS also refuses to properly communicate with AEP. I would NOT recommend using them.

      Mis***resentation and downright lies. The *** said he was with the city and that several letters were sent and that my house had been red flagged. I told him that I use apples to apples and he told me that that was only good for a few months and then it went to a variable rate..FALSE! I checked with my gas company to make sure and I am on a fixed rate for two more years!!!

      I don't know if something has changed but my experience was the complete opposite of all these reviews.An IGS ***resentative came to our door a couple months ago to sign us up for electric and gas. Everything went very smooth and easy. Fast forward to last weekend and a *** from Direct Energy comes to our door feeding us all this misinformation and telling us that *** is no longer an approved provider in ****. After hearing this at first I thought wow what a terrible company yeah we will switch to Direct. Well after doing some research I doing out that literally everything she said was a lie. So we called up our original *** from IGS, Rylan, and told him everything that happened. He was more than willing to get us switched back to ***, which had better rates, and waive the cancellation fee, since technically we left IGS. Definitely give this company a chance, they hire great employees and I could not have had a better experience.

      This company and their services are an absolute scam. What they are doing should be illegal. Like many others here, I had a representative of this company come to my door and portrayed herself like she worked for our local electricity provider claiming that I would get a 10% savings on my utility bill by enrolling in their new program. She had credentials that matched our utility company. In what seems to be a moment of sheer stupidity, I showed her my utility bill and she noted the account number. Few months later, I notice that I have a deduction from bank account for ************* Solar. I reach out to the company to immediately cancel this service. A couple months later, I am still being charged what they are calling, the remaining balance of my utility credits. I haven't received any credits on my utility bill, and this company just withdrew several hundred dollars from my bank account. I guess this has now become a legitimate legal issue that I have to take care of. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND IF SOMEONE COMES TO YOUR DOOR FROM THIS COMPANY, DONOT AMSWER OR MALE THEM LEAVE. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
